Communication was excellent throughout. The property was exactly as described and photos were accurate. Plenty of extras for the beach provided. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean. It worked well for 3 adults and I’d book a return stay here.

The condo was decorated nicely, had many items for us to start our vacation and comfortable. It was easy access to local restaurants and hop on the free trolley.

Location was great. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Updated apartment, parking out front, quiet complex, walking distance to beach with no major roads to cross and several breakfast, snack and restaurant options with in a block or two…. My family with young children really enjoyed it. Only item for me, I was expecting a private outdoor deck but it was a shared common space deck. It was fine but just not my expectation based on the lead photo.

Florida beach visit

We had stayed in Siesta Key a few years ago and wanted to come back for the beach. This location was a short walk to the beach and some great restaurants. A short drive into Sarasota for museum and restaurants as well. Our stay in the cottage was relaxing, quiet and comfortable.
