Second time to stay at this condo. Really nice location with ground floor accessibility. The condo was clean, which is top on my list. It has a well supplied kitchen area with nice dishes and utensils. If it had a master bath upgrade, it would get 5 stars. Maravilla is an excellent vacation spot for families. I'd stay here again.

Another Amazing Destin Vacation.

The property and condo were clean and well cared for, and the fact that it was pet friendly was amazing! We all enjoyed our vacation and will be back.

Great Location!

Condo is clean and very accommodating. Loved the location on 1st floor was perfect for our dog and access to the beach.

The condo’s location was superb, short walking distance to the beach, great places to eat and shop. It made exploring the city so convenient.The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities needed clarification, passwords that were provided in the welcome email didn’t match. But Tracy was great at responding promptly and providing the correct ones. The unit was clean, well equipped. We just needed to buy detergent, toilet paper, garbage bags, and some other small things so we can use the kitchen. We love to cookthe mattresses in the apartment during my stay was so hard even with a mattress topper it was almost impossible to sleep, so need a vacation to catch up on the sleep We tried using couch sleeper but it was broken. Early Saturday morning we had a surprise wake up noise at 6 am, someone was vacuuming the unit above us.

Great Location!

A nice place in a great location! Ground end unit, close to beach and a bit of an ocean view. Nice amenities as well. Note that the fitness center is by appointment only, but there are plenty of other ways to stay active during your stay. Would stay again!

So clean even my mother inlaw couldn’t complain

Place was amazing, most importantly it was so clean! Beds were more comfortable then mine at home. Customer service was great. We arrived a little early and they were so nice to let us check in. Highly recommend!

Looking Forward to Another Stay!

From top to bottom, the condo was outstanding and accommodated all of our vacation needs. We enjoyed using nearly every resort amenity available. The private beach access just across the street and chair/umbrella service alone made this the perfect place to stay. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy movies/shows in our down time. My only minor complaint was that the gate code in our check-in email was not correct (we got it from another guest). Otherwise, we loved this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Enjoyable stay - great location

Our family travels to 30A every summer - our family consists of 2 parents, 18, 7, 7, and our dog Murphy. We have stayed in several VRBO’s over the years and this one had a great location, good amenities, but could use a few things to make stays easier. I would say this condo was pretty bare bones - you’re paying primarily for location here. There were grills nearby, but no grilling utensils. No plastic ware - bowls/plates - which is tough with kids. Also, no Tupperware or bowls with lids - makes keeping fruit/watermelon challenging. There are no seasonings - no salt/pepper, nada. I get it - but traveling 12 hours with kitchen stockings or buying seasonings is a pain. There was also no kitchen sponge, only 1 trash bag, and 2 1/2 rolls of toilet paper. For kitchen appliances - there is a toaster, blender, and coffee maker. There are a few sand toys and boogie boards in the closet - no games, flash lights or crab hunting tools - other places we have stayed have had these things which makes the stay more enjoyable - especially with kids. Communication with the manager was efficient and check in was a breeze.The pools are close by, the pickleball courts were nice, basketball goal, & a decent dog walking area. The walk to the beach is probably the best part as it is very close - you just cross 1 street and you’re there. It was also nice having the umbrella and 2 chair beach service. Overall, we enjoyed our annual week at the beach and it doesn’t get much better than the 30A strip.

Great spot to chill out

The condo unit was clean and cool upon arrival. Everything was in good working order. Very welcoming condo with a porch view of the ocean. A comfortable place to hang out for a few days.

Cute little condo directly across the street from the beach. The resort was quiet and dog friendly. The kitchen fit our needs nicely. The contact person always responded back quickly and handled any issue we had. Would definitely book this place again.

Nice condo in a great location

Very nice property, and the location is really great! The property manager was wonderful as well. The only thing I missed was the fact that there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen except the dishes/pans, etc. Not a coffee filter, not a coffee pod. No salt and pepper-nothing. I have never stayed at a rental that didn't at least have those small things for guests. It's always so nice to come into a rental and know you won't have to run to the store right away!

Great location!

This unit is the perfect location. You can see the water from the porch. The beds are comfortable and we had everything we needed. Tip: bring coffee filters!

Loved being across from the beach.

Very nice 2 bedroom and was very spacious and comfortable. The condo was pretty clean except the master shower glass doors. They need a good scrubbing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future. The beach was beautiful and you get complimentary chairs and umbrella.

Good for family

We had a great vacation while we stayed here. The location was close to restaurants and the main highway. Before check-in, I had difficulty communicating with the third-party management company. They didn't respond to my email inquiries for weeks despite saying this was their preference. That being said, they were easy to communicate with via phone and the person they had me communicate with for onsite questions was very responsive. The condo is dog friendly but the beach across the street was not without special local permits. If this is important to you, make sure you research this more.

End unit, quick walk to the beach.

Cute decor! A few things to note- there are no hangers in the closets and there’s nowhere to store groceries unless you rearrange a cabinet; the double closet shown near the bar in the online listing is not usable due to a massive lock on it. We’ve stayed in other units at Maravilla with this layout before but the lack of storage in this particular unit was disappointing. Like previous reviews, this unit could use a deep cleaning. We’ve share this with the cleaning service as well. Additionally, a paper in the condo states beach towels provided and a charge for any not returned. We packed our own towels, not knowing if there were any in the condo. We made sure we shared this info to prevent being charged., as there weren’t any beach towels in the unit. Lastly, if you’re never rented in Maravilla, we wanted to give a heads up on how the chair rental works. It’s first come/first served. You line up on the stairs leading to the beach. We recommend getting in line early, if you want a particular set of chairs. There were a few beach items in the master closet (toys and an umbrella)

Great summer Rental

Great location. Literally walk out back patio and cross over to beach. Roomy and comfy. Will definitely be booking again next year for our annual Destin family vacay!!
