This coastal-cool end unit provides extra privacy, ground floor access, and a covered patio perfect for enjoying the Gulf breeze. Maravilla’s beautiful grounds offer 33 acres for biking, jogging, and walking. Explore the shops and restaurants of Silver Sands Premium Outlets or Destin Commons - each only three miles by car - or walk to Gulf-front dining along Scenic Gulf Drive.

Tile floors and tasteful beach accents welcome you into an open floor plan. Relax on a plush queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The 54-inch TV is perfect for movie night after a fun-filled beach day. Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Meal preparation is simple thanks to a generous stretch of counter space. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for two. Enjoy home-cooked meals at a glass-top table for four. Enjoy alfresco meals on your spacious covered patio.

The fabulous amenities of Maravilla Resort are a short stroll from your door. Take a refreshing dip in two sparkling pools (one is heated), or play a game of shuffleboard, tennis, or basketball. Walk to the two-and-a-half-acre private beach in minutes.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a great week at this property. The unit was clean and comfortable. It had all we needed for an enjoyable week. We loved the private beach and beach service. The unit is close to the pet area, which made it nice for a little pup. It had all the amenities and comfort we needed!

Great Stay

Beautiful condo. Comfortable beds and had all of the household items that were needed, and then some. Our unit was on the bottom floor and it was surprisingly quiet inside on a busy week. Perfect location. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect Beach Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach in this condo. It was just the right size with the two bedrooms and bathrooms. It was clean, cool, and had everything we needed. Love that it is on the first floor, which made it very convenient not only for us but also the dog. It is stylish and comfortable for sleeping and watching a movie after a day at the beach. The short walk to the beach is a breeze and the gated beach access provides a level of security. My only criticism is the instructions for opening the condo door need to be updated as it is confusing because it is not what you actually do. Overall we had a great experience.

Beautiful condo, great complex

We loved our stay at this beautiful, tastefully decorated beach condo. It was very well-appointed and everything was of high quality. The furniture was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for us with our little dog. We loved walking across the street to the private beach with complementary chairs and umbrellas for our use. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for our needs…

The condo is nicely decorated and has newer appliances. The unit had everything we needed for our week stay. We stayed in the off season so it was very quiet. Very appreciative they allow pets. Would stay here again.

Fun time

-On arrival the cleaners I guess left the back sliding door open and it made the whole place smell like fish/sewer water (very moist) so we bought some febreeze and some candles and left them there (so they don’t charge us the fee for leaving personal items) -The master shower wasn’t draining and we were standing in 2-3 inches of water every time we showered so I removed the biggest hair clog from previous guests. -We suggest having some throw blankets in the living area or rooms. -Also maybe shorten the entry code. -There’s also no dust pan for the broom and difficult to clean up the floors if needed. Other than that we had a great time.

Family get away

Great place to stay especially if you are traveling with a dog. My only wish is that some type of shoe storage be added to the wall behind the door, I respect the fact you want shoes off at the door but some where to put those shoes would be nice. There was no food storage but I just moved around some of the dishes and had space for our food.

Great location

Easy access with first floor unit. Very comfy beds and updated kitchen (well stocked). Could not find blankets for the pullout couch and highly suggest having a broom and dust pan to help clean the floors. All in all a great unit!

Nice property but lacking in some areas

Nice place but needs a pantry and basic cleaning supplies there such as a broom to sweep up dirt and sand. Location was good and beach is awesome. Unfortunately the private beach has many rules and that is annoying to say the least.

Best stay in Destin

The location of this property is unbeatable. close to everything including restaurants, mall, supermarket and places of tourist interest. Pros: 1) Ideal for people with pets, as the property is on the first level next to the designated dog area. 2) Everything inside the apartment is well maintained and preserved with many amenities and numerous cooking utensils, with good entertainment system and comfortable rooms. 3) Excellent cleanliness. 4) Everything is as it looks in the photos. There are no unpleasant surprises. 5) Access to the beach and swimming pools is easy and extremely close. 6) the beach is excellent and very clean better than those in Panama city. 7) It should be emphasized that the telephone attention of the Vacasa operator at the time of calling her at check in was extremely efficient, friendly and with the best customer service I have experienced in any other company, solving my doubts and helping me quickly. Cons: The only negative observation I have, is related to the fact that I have presented problems with the garbage processor in the kitchen sink, and I reported it via email and never got an answer to solve the problem. In this email I also attach photos of a table that was broken in the backyard, at the time of my arrival in order to report it and avoid being charged. I also never got a response. Despite the above, I would definitely stay again in this property for its excellent quality and price-value at the time of rental. Again congratulations to Vacasa La ubicacion de esta propiedad es inmejorable. cerca de todo incluyendo restaurants, mall, supermercado y sitios de interes turisticos. Pros: 1) Ideal para personas con mascotas, ya que la propiedad esta en el primer nivel al lado de el area designada para perros. 2) Todo dentro del departamento esta bien cuidado y conservado con muchas comodidades y numerosos utensilios para cocinar, con buen sistema de entretenimiento y habitaciones comfortables. 3) Excelente limpieza 4) Todo esta como luce en las fotos. No hay sorpresas desagradables. 5) El acceso a la playa y a las piscinas es facil y sumamente cercano. 6) la playa es excelente y muy limpia mejores que las de Panama city. 7) Hay que recalcar que la atencion telefonica de la operadora de Vacasa al momento de llamarla al hacer el check in fue sumamente eficiente, amable y con la mejor atencion al cliente que he podido experimentar en cualquier otra compania, resolviendo mis dudas y ayudandome rapidamente Cons: La unica observacion negativa que tengo, esta relacionada con el hecho de haber presentado problemas con el procesador de basuras en el lavabo de la cocina , y lo reporte via correo electronico y nunca obtuve respuesta para solucionar el inconveniente. En dicho correo tambien anexe fotos de una mesa que se encontraba rota en el patio trasero, al momento de mi llegada a fin de reportarla y evitar me fuera cobrada. Igualmente nunca obtuve respuesta.
