Lovely home in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. As you would expect of any top notch VRBO the home was well stocked with supplies and the amenities were great. The swimming pool area is clearly the highlight of this lovely home and the pool table a bonus. The best part of this experience was the homeowner Chris and the property manager Kennsy; both of them are fantastic in their responses and reaction to any issues. Rest assured these folks will do everything possible to ensure you have a fantastic stay. As someone who works in the hospitality industry I fully recommend this home.

This is a great home. Pool is perfect, 86 degrees, private. Kitchen is beautiful, owner is generous. Pool table is nice and fun. Beds are extremely comfortable. Triple slider in main room to lanai and pool is super nice. Big office desk is very convenient.

My brothers and I enjoyed your Cape Coral rental even though it was a last minute short visit.The home is conveniently located in Cape Coral Ample space, had all the basic necessities we needed including everything we needed to cook a brunch for 12 family members.We had a few wrinkles but the rental agency was quick to respond. My only advice is someone needs to upgrade the cleaning service used.It just needs a little extra “love” to take it up a notch!!

With a few updates this property could go from good to great!

Positives - good location, beautiful landscaping, great lanai and pool area, kitchen basics in place as well as bathroom items were great! Areas of opportunity - refresh needed of sheets, pillows, towels, and bath mats. Ceiling fans are needed in the living areas and master bedroom. Having a few melamine or plastic cups and dinnerware would be great for families. Lastly, consider having the cleaning crew sweep the front entry area for cobwebs and dead bugs. Overall, it met our needs for the few nights we needed to stay in Cape Coral.

Homeowner's Response: "Thank you for leaving a review. Rooms without ceiling fans have vaulted ceilings and high-powered vertical fans so as not to draw down hot air from the ceiling. Thank you for the recommendation about the plasticware. I have purchased plastic plates and cups. All linens and 40 towels were purchased new within the last 12 months. Just like any home, there are older towels in case of spills or accidents. The cleaning team has been advised to check for cobwebs in the entryway before new guests arrive. Thank you for your comments. I hope you enjoyed your stay!"

We enjoyed the Pool Table and Darts. Swimming Pool was the highlight especially @ 86 Degrees. Also enjoyed watching Movies outside patio. Quiet Neighborhood except for the neighbors Dog that Barks every so often. Only thing that we didn't like was that the AC Thermostat is Controlled by the Owner. Having the AC at 76 throughout the night isn't Cold enough to Sleep well for us. Otherwise during the day it was fine.

Needs some major cleaning attention

Sad to say this house needs a lot of attention in the cleaning department. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet, the pool was private and we enjoyed it. The washer smelled nasty, we found black water stuck within the rubber seal, it wasn't getting cleaned out on any routine basis, just sitting stagnet and mold was growing. Luckily we found some cleaner and paper towel and cleaned it so we could use it. The dishwasher smelled disgusting and had chunks and hair in it, we chose to hand wash the dishes we used while we were there so we didnt have to open it and stink up the house. There was some liquid bath soap supplied next to the tub in the master, when we lifted it up to use it there was a ring left from where the bottle sat, it clearly hadn't been cleaned in a very long time also. I understand bottles can leave rings but this had been there for a long time. My daughter wanted to use an extra comforter from the closet, when she grabbed it out there was a huge fresh spot of something spilled on it, no attempt to clean it whatever it was. The "clean" sheets in the armoire in the master smelled like wet dog, as if they were wet when they were folded. I sent pics to the prop management text where I had msgd with them about our arrival but they seem to have "not gotten" my pics or text about the cleanliness, or lack there of, as I never did get a response. Its sad because this could be a great place to stay but we wont be back, there are other rentals available nearby.

Fantastic

I spent 3 wonderful nights in villa with my family and it was really fun. The house is a gem with all comforts, pool table, swimming pool, TVs in the key areas, etc. A special thanks goes to the service (Florida Spirit SW) and Chris, the property owner, they are on top of everything. I will try to book it again in the future!
