The place was comfortable for a 9 day stay. Owner was responsive and friendly. Very quiet and private. Amenities were great-- kitchenette had enough equipment to cook light meals and make smoothies. Also included a beach towel for the pool. Ground floor location close to parking and across from the laundry room. Unfortunately no close-by ramp access. Very close to multiple dining places and grocery shops. AC was very effective!

Sheets rough but great comforter. No coffee. No ability to stream. Tub drains terribly. Water is hard. Not many wall outlets. Only 1 nightstand. Great location.

Throughout nearly three years of renting the unit, we have consistently maintained high standards, with no previous complaints regarding the quality of our linens. Nonetheless, we will promptly conduct a personal inspection to ensure their continued excellence.-Regarding the issue with coffee availability, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Had we been informed, we would have promptly provided coffee for your enjoyment. Rest assured, we will ensure that coffee is readily available for future guests.-For streaming capabilities, we regret any confusion or difficulty you experienced. If notified, we would have been more than happy to assist you immediately. It's worth noting that no previous guests have encountered such issues, but we remain committed to addressing any concerns promptly.-Concerning the drains, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Had we been aware of the issue, we would have promptly dispatched someone to address it. We will ensure that the drains are promptly checked and repaired as needed.-Regarding the water quality, it's important to note that Colorado water can become harder in the winter due to frozen reservoirs, leading to increased mineral absorption. Conversely, water tends to be softer in late spring through fall due to runoff diluting minerals.-As for the wall outlets and nightstands, we value your input. While the layout and amenities of our units are standardized across approximately one hundred units, we are open to accommodate our guest's needs. We can provide a three-way plug if it would be helpful.-The presence of two nightstands, as clearly depicted in the pictures, has never been part of the unit's layout. Introducing a second nightstand would necessitate a reduction in bed size, a compromise we believe would detract from the overall comfort and quality of the accommodation. We prioritize providing a spacious bed to enhance guest satisfaction.Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.

Great place to stay
We had a great time staying here, it was easy to locate and close to many good restaurants and places we wanted to go during our stay. The place was great for the two of us and was well kept. The binder of information was very helpful and we did try Zig Zag as recommended and really enjoyed it!

Standard Hotel Room
100% satisfied with stay; however, the room is more like a standard hotel room than a vacation rental. This rental is best for business traveling to DTC rather than anything leisure to Denver.

Cozy stay
We stayed for 5 days at this property. Other than a snafu with the entry code( communication with the management and VRBO) our stay was perfect. The apartment was exactly as represented and close to our son's condo. It was great to have the little frige and coffee maker. We could have used a few more bath towels for the 5 day stay, but that was minor. A quick response from the manager really made the stay very enjoyable.
