It was nice and quiet but the only thing that was not comfortable was the beds are hard but other than that I will recommend two people for a quick trip.

Perfect place to stay

Beautiful apartment, price was great we stayed 3 nights and paid no more than 500 . Only down side was the mattresses they are worn out .

Loved the inside! Don’t let the exterior confuse you. The inside was well done and made for a great experience. The “depot” theme was a great touch. If I ever find myself needing a place to stay in the Galveston area, I will not hesitate to book again!

Property is questionable from outside but inside was so cute. My only complaint is the pull out bed mattress is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! the bunk beds are also rock hard! Terrible sleep. So glad it was only one night.. please consider upgrading matresses! Host was great with communication though

Apartment was okay, lots of ants entry smelled like old urine cleaned with lemon. A mouse ran across my daughter foot while sitting in the living room. It was uncomfortable. A/Cunits leaking mildew visible. I’m allergic to mold and mildew among many other things so my allergies was on 10. If they get control over the bugs and mice it would be okay but it wasn’t for me.

Great place!

It’s an awesome location, very very clean! It has everything you need, better than any hotel! Definitely recommend! Communication with property management was a concern but other than that it was awesome! Will definitely book again!

The best!!!

Everything was so nice and well kept! Such easy instructions and great location!!! We had a mixup when checking in and it was solved SO fast and she was so nice about the whole thing!!! Would absolutely recommend and book with her again!!! My boyfriends and I had a wonderful first trip to Texas together and this place was a big part of it!

Family trip

Emergencies sometimes happen when least expected. The condo provided a convenient location we could comfortably stay together. Our host was more than gracious, insuring every request was taken care of and helping us any way she could. The apartment was large and clean with all necessities supplied. Conveniently located 3 blocks from the Seawall and it was a short distance to multiple restaurants. The next time in Galveston will be a true vacation and we will definitely stay again.

Exactly as described. Had plenty of room to all be comfortable and relaxed. It was very easy to contact the owner when there was an issue with unlocking the main door. (It's really hot and the lock was being stubborn) She came right away and helped us. We had all the kitchen equipment needed to cook supper and that saved us a good bit of money.

Apartment was fine but when we got home at night we had to park pretty far away in a scary neighborhood. We also had someone knock on kitchen door that faces the ally late at night.

Never Stay Here

We arrived at the property, gained access into the main door and never got into the apartment because the code did not work. We waited 2 hours trying to get in touch with the landlord and she never answered anyone. We did receive a full refund but had to pay 200.00 extra for a hotel room down the street. Horrible customer service for the land lord. The evolve and vrbo companies were nice and handled things fastly. But the property manager sucks. She still has yet to call back and apologize.

Pros and cons

Good location. Easy access to beach and restaurants. (About 3 blocks to beach) This isn’t a private place, there are multiple residents and other rooms being rented out. The courtyard was nice to come back to and use the hot tub. They also have access to golf karts 4 & 6 seaters for an additional fee. We took advantage of the 6 seater and it was nice and easy to drive around to the pier and beaches. The few cons I would say about this place is the beds aren’t comfortable at all. The water pressure & hot water is minimal due to the multi usage of the property. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and the host was super nice. (The host lives on the property)

Beware

This is an honest to truth experience of our stay..it was a nightmare and we counted down the days til we could leave. There were gnats, ants, and cockroaches. The front door seemed secure but hard to open and close, but there’s a door off the kitchen that opens into an alleyway that was, we felt, sketchy and nervous of a break-in. We didn’t feel safe. The beds were uncomfortable, the 1 queen bed was so squeaky and there is a hole in the wall behind the headboard that we believe bugs were getting in at. The toilets are very small. There is no cable. It was just very unsettling being there. Parking was not great but not the rental companies fault. One of the reasons we decided on this place was the hot tub, in the pictures, they make it seem like you can open a door and walk right to them - no, you can’t- you have to walk around to a community gate and get in. I would not recommend this place to anyone until the owners make some changes.

Nice and Quaint, Very Close to Everything

Small, but has what u need. The outside tard is a shared space, but we had no problems with it. Beds were slightly uncomfortable, but I haven't been in a bunkbed in decades, so we kind of expected this. After a long day i was still able to sleep well. A little disappointed that we couldn't change thermostat, but that could have been user error. It wasn't so bothersome that I felt I should call someone, but we would have liked it warmer, we just bundled up more. The listing does state that parking is limited and in a first come bases. This is absolutely true, especially at night or at least on those nights. I would recommend one vehicle and a car is perhaps best. It's street parking, we were leery about this but had no issues. Overall, we had everything we needed. We loved the little sentiments that were given. I would recommend for a nice few days stay.

An Excellent Base for Galveston

We spent time at the beach and Schlitterbahn in Galveston and this was a great space to have as base camp while we explored the island. Our kids loved the bunk beds! Check-in was easy and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The space was well laid out and worked great for our needs, and the towel heater was an excellent addition!

Siento mucho decir que mi estadía fué mas mala qué buena,para empezar no hay estacionamiento,es cómo llegues y los vecinos no dejan que te estaciones,al entrar lo primero que te recibe es un olor a orines 🤮., en la recámara principal la cabecera de la cama no está atornillada y suena mucho,la cama tiene una pata rota y el colchón está en muy malas condiciones al igual que los otros cuatro,en el sofá cama parece cama de faquir,todos los fierros se te entierran.,un sistema de aire acondicionado parece que va a despegar cómo cohete del ruido que hace.En la parte de atrás,el jacuzzi está muy sucio y la parrilla no está,la quitaron.,en realidad todas las fotos son pura apariencia.
