Our stay at the Penthouse was wonderful! The condo was in a great location on 30A and steps from the beach. It was very spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed and the view from the balcony was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the linens were high-end. We would definitely rebook this property!

Wonderful Condo & Amazing Location

First time for our family to 30A. Hard decision to pick where to stay but we got lucky. Loved the condo & the location. Bike path right out front. Lots of restaurants close by (bikes or walking). Beautiful private beach there to enjoy. Reserved chairs setup for you every day. No complaints - had a wonderful trip. Definitely recommend to others looking for a spot on 30A.

The condo is perfectly located close to Seaside and directly on the beach. Beach access is easy and convenient. The condo itself is gorgeous and beautifully furnished. It is HUGE! Management was very accommodating and communicative. It was a great visit and we would love to stay again!

Girls Weekend

The location was perfect as not too crowded and the penthouse layout was great for the 9 of us. Unfortunately the A/C was not working and the Subzero refrigerator stopped working. The management company was very pro-active and was able to make us happy. I would not rent this unit again as in need of maintenance and repairs from owners.

Beautiful Vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! It was spacious enough for my family. We had six adults. The proximity to the beach and being able to watch the sunset from the balcony was a added bonus! We would definitely stay here again. The only drawback was no grill, but we could live with that with all the other extra amenities.

I have never been more excited to write a review. This place is fabulous! The views are incredible! The bedrooms are spacious, with bathrooms galore. I was excited to cook because the kitchen is the best! There is plenty of sitting areas and I loved the extra sitting area. We will definitely rent again!

Penthouse Perfect!

Second year to stay at this Penthouse at Seagrove! We love this 4 BR condo with its wonderful balcony overlooking the beach and gulf! The set of beach chairs & umbrella provided and set up every morning is a treat too! Just steps away! Amenities are first class with a lovely decor. So close to great places to eat too. The Absolute Best

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. Kathy was wonderful to deal with. We had a few little hiccups and she handled everything with efficiency and kindness!!! I loved everything about the condo! It was very clean, well stocked, large enough for our entire family, the pool was perfect for the kiddos, easy access to the beach and the patio overlooking the beach made for great family time. I can’t wait to stay there again next year!

Great Condo Right on the Water

We had a great stay at the condo and would definitely stay there again. The condo was clean, well stocked, and had a beautiful view of the gulf. The furniture and beds were comfortable, and everyone enjoyed our stay. ITrip was great to work with. They were quick to reply and sent someone out immediately when one of the smoke detectors needed a new battery. No hesitation in recommending this condo or Itrip based on this stay.

Lovely 4 BR penthouse right on the beach! If you like ease in coming and going to the beach this condo has it! Furnishing/decorating beautiful and casually done in today’s current styles! Awesome kitchen! Bonus for our group - we used the large laundry room as bedroom for toddler in a pack-n-play! A perfect location on 30A close to so much!

This property was even better than the pics! Incredible view! Kitchen was well-stocked . Decor was designer quality and squeaky clean. I am always extra picky about the beds - they could use some upgrading though not really uncomfortable - but not really extra comfy either. Overall, excellent stay though. Secure, beautiful, location perfect, great “extras”!!

Excellent location

Beautifully decorated condo. Excellent location, right on the beach and close to great restaurants. Pool was a little small, another family staying in building took up the entire pool all the time as June grass was a problem. Loved the private beach, did not have to fight the crowds. The beds were super comfortable. The only complaint was hair on the shower wall. I cleaned it but it was gross. Everything else was clean.

Beautiful condo

Loved every minute of our stay. We rent several times a year around Florida from high end condos to beach homes and this one is top notch. We can tell the owners take great pride in it. Very clean (this is the first thing we look at when we walk in, hair on floor and showers, bedding cleanliness and floors) which for the price should be top notch. Beautiful decor and breathtaking view with very comfortable patio furniture. Only recommendation would be to have bed bug protection on mattresses. We have friends who own air bnb’s and this is priority for them due to issues with the bugs brought in. We don’t usually rent a place twice but we all agreed we’d love would love to stay here again. Incredible home with so many things to make a stay enjoyable: * Very spacious - lots of room for the entire family * Fantastic layout * Plenty of bathrooms * Quiet and private * Extremely comfortable beds * Great kitchen - large fridge and island * Time from leaving house to actually being in the ocean - only 3 or 4 minutes! * Best balcony ever! - some might not even need to go to the beach to enjoy it * Lots of restaurants nearby * Closed garage for keeping the beach toys/nets secure * Convenient beach service available for chairs and rentals (kayak and paddle board) Really struggling to mention anything negative. Highly recommend this as the perfect beach home!

The AC unit did not cool our entire trip. I reported it to the property management. The average temp in the condo stayed around 76-78 degrees. Half of our party left early due to the heat in the unit. I reported it to VRBO twice and have heard nothing from them or the owner of the condo.

We sent the AC company out, as well as our maintenance team to the condo multiple times at your request, and the AC technician confirmed the AC was working fine, and was in fact blowing out cold air. In fact the report we got back from them measured the temp of the air coming from the AC unit at 59 degrees....but even at that it can't work effectively against 100 degrees outside when the doors to the balcony are left open. The condo has a humidity gauge, and every picture you sent of the thermostat with in increased temp showed the humidity elevated, meaning the doors were left open. We did ask that y'all to please keep the doors to the condo closed when it is this hot out so that the AC can run efficiently. From what our team saw when they stopped by and from the pictures y'all sent there was always a door left open to the outside, causing the AC not to be able to keep up. We have guests currently in the property who have not had 1 issue all week with the AC and it is hotter this week than last. In response to your comment about not hearing back from Vrbo, we have talked to the multiple times, and they state they have spoken to you. We explained that we did address the situation, and the AC technician and our team verified that they AC works properly when the doors are kept closed.

Wonderful Beach Condo!

Beautiful, well laid out property! Beautiful updated decor. Kitchen fully equipped for anything you would want to make. Bedrooms and baths nicely spaced out and plenty of privacy for all. Large laundry room. Plenty of towels(and beach towels). Nice large oceanfront balcony with nice furniture. Weather was cool and we didn’t use the pool, but just note it is shared and pretty small. No pool or beach recliners. Condo came with a credit voucher at a local rental shop which would have covered chairs for a day or so. Only issue we had was with the TVs. Not regular cable but streaming service which took awhile to find and upload specific stations we like. Also, need to know all your logins for the stations. And there are a lot of codes to access lobby, elevator, condo, beach. No deal breaker though because condo was so nice. Very centrally located to other smaller towns to explore and a lot of good restaurants. We would definitely book again if we are in the area.

Luxury , comfort and amazing views!

This property is even better than pictured. It is squeaky clean, not overloaded with furniture, so elegant, roomy, very comfortable for our family of 8. Each room with a private bath and t.v., a study for anyone in group needing to work a bit, expansive laundry, very well equipped kitchen with bake ware, plastic storage, and lots of dishes and silverware. Home looks brand new in July 2022. Garage access is from walkway to the beach. You can use the garage. Plus two parking spaces designated for this unit. I highly recommend beach service who will set up 2 chairs and umbrella each day for reasonable price. The balcony is spacious with ample seating overlooking the beach. Great way to fully experience without sand! The elevator is a major bonus.

this was our first time staying at this property and definitely won't be the last. Already referred it to someone else. Property was well stocked, very secure, beds comfortable, amazing view!! Hated to leave. Do wish the garage had been available for use.
