Great Location and thoughtful outfitting

This kind of has a super convenient location, a very nice pool and shaded parking. The owner has put a lot of thought into making sure there’s everything you could need. I will definitely try to see there when I’m in town.

Centrally Located & had everything we needed!

Highly recommend! We arrived to a comfortable, cozy, centrally located, very livable “home” base for the week! A few minor hiccups with parking pass & other minor questions/issues at first but the host was VERY helpful, VERY responsive, VERY accommodating and took care of and answered all questions that arose! We hope to return when it’s warmer!

Wonderful Condo

We came over Mother's Day weekend to visit our new granddaughter so we didn't spend a lot of time in the condo. However, the time we spent was very pleasant...comfortable bed, lots of towels, well-equipped kitchen, good location.

First class accomodations

My husband and I moved away from Phoenix 2 1/2 years ago. We wanted to come back and see friends. This place was perfect for that. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well outfitted, even with good knives. Whether we ate out or ate in, this place served us well.

A great experience

The property is clean and well located. The kitchen was very well equated and the tv and WiFi worked perfectly. Samatha was very helpful and responded immediately to all the small problems. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

Perfect location - beautiful condo

First of all, kudos to Samantha for immediate assistance with our arrival. Fully equipped Condo, beautifully decorated with a nice view of the golf course and mountains in the background. Walking path around the complex, nice fitness center and heated pool with hot tub and cabana. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants (OverEasy for breakfast is a must). You will not be disappointed with this property.

Well appointed condo

Far and away the nicest STR I’ve stayed in. Decor was great. Hardwood floors, ceramic tile in the bathrooms. King bed was very comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything you could ever need. I was amazed at the level of quality throughout. Even the kitchen utensils and appliances were top shelf. Certainly plan to stay here again next winter.

Ideal Scottsdale Location

For 2 weeks in Scottsdale this property was an ideal location for every activity we planned. Lots of hiking trails, Frank LLoyd Taliesin, Old Town just to name a few. Beautifully decorated, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen with coffee available for our first few morning. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Over Easy, Nick's and a fun brewery. Nice pool, lots of outdoor grills, quiet and friendly community. Our contact, Samantha was amazing aiding our middle of the night access to the unit.

Our Stay

Location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to fabulous restaurants was spot on. The accommodations were exactly what was stated. The only challenging thing we had was the electronic door lock, it was difficult! The punch code didn’t work, luckily they were able to send us an app that had the ability to lock and unlock door, but only one of us had it. We managed!

Overall a pleasant stay

Pros: Location! Tons of stores and restaurants nearby. Golf course view and walking path are wonderful. Pool was warm enough for the kids to swim. Safe and mostly quiet. Security cameras in parking lot. Cons: Master sink was clogged so I bought Draino. My kids found a large cockroach in their bathroom. Only two washcloths in the whole place. Upstairs neighbor has small child who runs (stomps) a lot. Couch is not a bed but pulls out to be larger couch.

The place is BETTER than the images

The layout of this unit is perfect. The rooms are huge. High end feel. Very nice snacks and all the basic amenities you'd want. Including cooking oils, etc. Every detail was appreciated.They even accommodated us with a crib.5 stars but the ONLY feedback I have - and i am not sure if it is an American thing where people wear shoes in the house - but the floors were VERY DIRTY. We wasted many white socks due to the floors. We wanted to mop but there is not swiffer or mop in closet. They have everything else though like vacuum, etc.Overall we had a great time and its located in perfect neighborhood with so many convenient stores for shopping. We would actually consider staying again. 5 stars.

Noisy, disruptive neighbors

During our entire stay - 2 weeks - there was a large dog in the condo above us who was constantly running & jumping up & down making thumping noises. Sometimes our ceiling would shake!! We complained several times but the problem was never resolved.

Overall a fine stay

All in all stay was great. Just was disappointed that some things were not as they should. First of all condo wasn't ready at 4 as stated. We weren't able to use the back deck as there was a bee nest. Listing stated there was pool towels and there wasn't. (Thankfully samantha had some dropped off) No dishwasher soap and no laundry soap so be prepared with that. Kitchen sink water didn't get hot. And like others have stated the keypad lock thing didn't work for us.

Balcony Views and Wonderful Family Space

The condo is larger than the photos appear and SO clean!!! The 2 bedroom, 2 bath make is easy for everyone to have their own space. Morning coffee views on the balcony were beautiful!! Perfect location. Stop at Trader Joe’s on your way into the parking lot and pick up groceries. The covered parking spot is a nice benefit too. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
