What an adorable cabin! The rooms are generous in size and the home was super clean. The kitchen is small, but it is stocked well with everything you would need to make a wonderful meal for friends and family. The local contact replied quickly and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Just the Best spot in Sun Valley/Ketchum

Myself and 5 dear friends & family feel so fortunate we got to stay at the ‘Sunflower House’. It is a bright and friendly home that is truly well provisioned. Details that delighted us: heated bathroom floors, phone charging docks by every bed, a bar cart, a lovely hot tub, Qtips, spare toothbrushes, a welcome basket… and so much more. Check-in, Check-out and all communication was clear and prompt. Do not hesitate- this is where you should stay.

Very clean, charming, and surprisingly private home. Small kitchen, but everything you need! We have stayed at many other properties and loved this unique and beautiful home as one of our top stays ever! Easy to bike trail and to town.

A great house on a great property in a great location. We have been coming to Sun Valley for a long time and can attest that this is a great rental. Owners were easily accessible, helpful and had everything we could need there, even down to the small details. Great spot for our family of 4 and could fit more.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Kim was extremely accommodating and we felt right at home. We stayed here for our wedding at Trail Creek and Kim went above and beyond to make this process smooth and so enjoyable. We rented both of her properties for a week and had the best time. Exceptional property for a family vacation in Sun Valley! From welcome snacks and drinks to white noise machines by each bed to robes in each closet, there were tons of thoughtful extras that made the stay even more comfortable and homelike. Well appointed kitchen with everything needed for cooking meals for family. Comfortable beds. Excellent location. Very clean. Easy check-in. Host has thought of everything. Would love to stay again.

Kim and Bob are amazing hosts. We have been coming to Sun Valley for five years and this is the best rental we have experienced yet. Their air conditioner works great. Two King sized beds that are super comfortable. They provided some snacks. There is a beautiful hot tub and the view from the back porch is breathtaking in the morning and the evening. I have to say that the heated bathroom floors was something that I never knew I needed until I have experienced them. We come for the Sun Valley Music Festival and the healing of the mountains. They offered their bikes. This was an unbelievable trip and hope to be able to stay here again. Super accessible to Sun Valley Lodge and Ketchum. Thanks Kim and Bob!

Excellent, right down to the details!

You're not left wanting much at this beautiful property! The location is ideal, mere steps away from biking/walking trails and a short five minute drive to downtown Ketchum. The landscaping around the property feels very private, inviting you to enjoy the fresh outdoor mountain air. I read a previous review regarding road noise, and yes, while there is some, sound machines are provided in the bedrooms, which is a very nice extra touch. We had no trouble sleeping in the comfortable, plush bed, made up with nice linens. The Owners have thought of every little detail, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their stunning home. The communication with them was a breeze, responding extremely quickly to any concerns or questions. We absolutely loved the fact that we got to bring our Rhodesian Ridgeback with us....they even had water and food bowls in case you forgot to bring your own. Hands down would stay here again, and highly recommend that you do too!

Excellent stay!

Everything about this property was outstanding. Location to Ketchum/Sun Valley, easy access, clean, nice furnishings, top quality linens and supplies. The owner thought of everything to make guests feel welcome and at home--from the bikes for us to use to the yummy snacks left for us to the details of bowls for our family dog. Communication with the owner was fantastic. The patio was a great place to gather and relax. Sure, there's a little bit of road noise outside, but easily forgotten over the comforts of the patio and good conversation. By far, this was our family favorite rental and look forward to coming back.
