Villa Avery is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom off water property with an electric heated pool. We had an AMAZING time! The house was beautiful. We had to call about a few things and they helped right away. The pool was lovely. We had such quality family time. We enjoyed the pool, walked, toured the area....simply the BEST! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Lovely comfortable home

House was comfortable and the amenities were awesome - kitchen was super well stocked, lots of beach equipment and when we asked for additional pool lounges they were delivered within a couple of days.

Great for long term stay.

The house was terrific, the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and serving implements; the towels were so lush that I am going to buy a set for myself! Whenever we needed something, someone was there to help, even changing a ceiling light bulb. The pool and lanai were perfect for swimming, sunning, eating and even watching TV in the evenings. We will be back next year.

Villa Avery is a great house.

This house is so well stocked-best ever! We spent two weeks with our friends and dog and it never felt crowded. We had everything we needed. I can't say enough good things about this rental. We rented in a different location last year and it was horrible. The owners of Villa Avery know how to do it right. Our dog Izzy is pouting because we left. If we come back to the area this is where we want to stay.

This house was a perfect house for us. Love the amount of beach gear and coolers and wagons to use. Fully stocked with tons of pool toys for the kiddos. Would be nice to have a larger pool deck on the backside of the pool but it was great! The pool lights and waterfall didn’t work during our stay but that was minor. Would consider renting from them again or another house with the company because it was a great time!

Great for families

This house it truly special! It has every amenity for traveling meaning there is nothing you need to bring but your clothes! Well stocked beyond! Our family truly made wonderful memories here. So comfy, from the beds to the couches- perfect! It is well maintained. Only negative is the pool did not work for us for the 1st half and the property manager's did the best they could to get it resolved. It was finally fixed and pool was perfect for the 2nd half of our stay. Also, some of the blinds need replaced- usual family wear and tear, but overall well worth the cost and value!

Beachy and cozy home.

This house is so cute and cozy. It had way more room than we expected. The kids loved the pool and it's great when the weather is not good. They do have alot of things you need foe the beach like towels, beach chairs, umbrella, life jackets for little ones, and a buggy to carry it all. This place was great for my family. Will use this company again.
