You will likely see deer wondering through the property as you sip your morning coffee.
You will love the area with all the beaches, parks, golfing, boat launches, cruises, hiking/snowshoeing trails, biking, snowmobiling, skiing, restaurants, markets, craft breweries, festivals, and boutique shopping. Peacefull, almost new,very cozy, great bed and all conveniences. Free parking, lots of space.

Location is on the old road between Gravenhurst and Bracebridge. Very private even though the apartment and house are under one roof. I will recommend this vacation property to my friends.

Great stay for our visit to Muskoka area

Excellent place to stay while visiting the surrounding areas and bracebridge. Just a short ways down the road from the Muskoka Brewery.

Everything about this property was perfect! The host was very welcoming and very responsive. The property is beautiful with lots of space for guests. And the cottage itself is very clean and laid out in a very spacious way with all the amenities that anyone would need. The location is just off very scenic road outside of Bracebridge. Anything that you would need is just a short drive away. There are lots of trails, sites, and lakes in the immediate area, that's Muskoka! If there's anything that could be improved, the only thing we can think of is perhaps a little bit more lighting in the kitchen area. Thank you to Shelley for a great stay!

Peaceful & Relaxing Stay

Just minutes from tons of amenities but completely tucked away in the woods. Very clean, easy check-in process... Highly recommended! If you're looking for a nice peaceful getaway this is the place to be.

Home away from home

It is a lovely place and has a cozy feeling. It is a great area to experience being in nature and close to many activities. There were several small touches that made it an even greater experience. The hostess was available if needed and was very helpful during the entire stay. I would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and modern.

We stayed two nights to visit relatives in the area. The accommodation was just fine - comfy and clean, easy to check in and our host Shelley was very helpful. If you are ok staying in Muskoka without a lake to jump into, this will suit you fine.

Wonderful suite, great location

Shelley has put together such a wonderful suite. It is obvious that there was thought and care put into this quiet muskoka retreat. It was clean, cozy, and was our home for 3 nights. The outdoor space was lovely as well with a beautiful garden and space to have a bonfire. The location was also perfectly close to all our destinations in the muskoka area while also providing a nice private feel. Will definitely book here again on our next visit to Muskoka!

A Fantastic time!

Our stay was amazing. Everything was as advertised and Shelley was a great host. We saw chipmunks and lots of bird and young buck even made his way on to the property to check out the new visitors. We will 100% be staying with Shelley again and we are recommending her location to all of our family and friends. Thank you for a great vacation Shelley!

A quiet weekend away

My wife and I went away for a weekend trip for our 10th anniversary. The place was close to town which was nice for going out but far enough away to feel very peaceful The place was nice and clean and cozy. The owners left us a personal note and some craft beer in the fridge which was a nice personal touch. We really enjoyed it there and would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway

Amazing experience!

My husband and I spent 4 days at this beautiful property. Our first day there, the deer and wild turkeys greeted us. It was an amazing experience to be able to sit on the porch and have them so close to you and not be spooked by us. The host was very nice, leaving us a welcome letter and some goodie’s including 2 craft beer from the local brewery. The property was very clean and felt so welcoming and cozy. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The best location!

This stay in the woods was one of our most enjoyable rental experiences. We enjoy nature and it’s very picturesque witch all the forest surrounding it. It was nice to bird watch and I had a chipmunk eating out oh my hand. Shelley our host was always available to answer questions. Her dog Sierra was friendly and adorable. Would love to return sometime. It’s just 5 minutes to town.

A breath of fresh air

It’s very quiet. I loved the little nook that was set up outside you could enjoy the sounds of nature not to mention the weather was good. I often sat there and read a book. there were little things like that , that made a difference. Hopefully going back next year. Carrie

Great place to stay!

This is a brand new place, super clean and tastefully decorated. It has everything for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The pictures show how amazing this place is but one has to stay here to see and feel how nice the property is. The owners pay a lot of attention to details - softest towels, comfy bed, plenty of pillows, blankets and throws. Lots of storage. Wifi is good, so if you think of working from there this definitely can be an option. There is even a desk and a chair. The backyard area deserves a special mention - the owners created a cool place for a bonfire and relaxation. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and incredibly helpful throughout. The area has a lot to offer - we drove to the nearest beach, took a paddle board to the river in Bracebridge and went hiking in the waterfalls area. The beer from the local brewery is excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you for an amazing experience and a kind welcome gift. We’d go back anytime!

Wonderful host!

This one bedroom unit is very roomy - very large living room area, bedroom and massive bathroom and tub. The apartment was spotless and the host contacted me beforehand to see if I had any special preferences - i.e. a French press versus a Keurig, would a toaster oven be handy, etc. Even though she had a checkout that day, she rushed to have the unit ready for me as I had reached the area earlier than anticipated. There was a ‘Welcome Cathy’ sign on the door, fresh flowers on the table, a cold beer from the local brewery in the frig and cream for my coffee in the morning. This hostess did everything she could to ensure a comfortable stay. The forested area is beautiful, and I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the front deck (there was a BBQ there I could use as well). The only small challenge is that there is not a sink in the kitchen area, but it was not a big inconvenience and I would certainly stay there again.

This property is in a perfect location for all that Bracebridge, Gravenhurst and Muskoka in general have to offer. It is close to town only 6 km away but you are in the country and can enjoy the quiet country atmosphere. It is close to Lake Muskoka with boat launches and beaches a short drive away.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The home has some great Muskoka views with the deer and wild turkeys wandering through on occasion. The trails are being renewed and re-cleared for your enjoyment, and signs of moose can be found along the way. There is great biking and skiing at your doorstep, as well as snowmobiling and hiking.
