We came to town for my daughter’s soccer tournament and loved this location for our home base. Great location, a lot of nearby restaurants, coffee shops and bars. We also loved visiting Carytown, less than a mile walk!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Very well maintained with lots of historical charm. Beds were very comfortable. Truly felt like being at home….only better. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Richmond.

Our ladies’ trip was wonderful. The place was perfectly located in a lovely neighborhood near a great bakery and super restaurants. The accommodations were comfortable, charming and outfitted with anything you might need during your stay. Great location (Monument Street is wide with many beautiful old houses); home was clean and filled with interesting decor; host went above and beyond returning a necklace my daughter left behind. Would stay there again without hesitation.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had a bed and a space of their own. We enjoyed breakfast each morning in the dining room. Absolutely loved my morning walks in the neighborhood. Most things we wanted to see and places we wanted to eat at were withing 10 minutes of the house. Laura was friendly and helpful with recommendations. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Richmond. The Krackau Family

Wonderful stay for reunion w/friends since the 60's!

Perfect location on Monument Ave, near to restaurants and the museum district. Kitchen was very well equipped. Parking was easy to find on the street in from of the house.

We had such a great stay at this lovely home! There were five of us—college friends getting together—and it was the perfect space for a group. The size of the house was ideal, with plenty of comfortable seating areas where we could relax, catch up, and spend time together.The house itself had such a fun, electric vibe. The decorations were unique and really added to the overall experience—it felt cool, welcoming, and memorable.One of the best parts was the location. We loved being able to walk to Carytown and easily explore all the shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this home to others looking for a great group getaway!

Family reunion in Richmond

Halfway between NY and Fort Lauderdale, Richmond was well located in general and this appt was just right for us. Comfortable, spacious and clean, with many points of interest nearby and easy parking, four adults and a toddler had a fine weekend here.
