The Palms #3 sits one block from the Gulf on 34th Street in Holmes Beach — a quiet residential dead-end where the beach crowd arrives on foot and the sand stays uncrowded even when the rest of the island is busy.
The four-unit complex is private in the way that actually matters — a heated pool shared with just three other units, framed by tall palms and a paved deck with lounge chairs. After a morning on the beach, it's where everyone ends up. A communal gas grill sits poolside for evening cookouts, and the whole setup has a residential feel that larger complexes can't replicate.
Inside, the condo is clean and decorated in easy coastal tones. The open layout puts the kitchen, dining, and living areas together — granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dining table for four, and a large wall-mounted TV visible from both the kitchen and living area. Both bedrooms have queen beds with adjustable electric bases — a detail that matters more than guests expect until they've slept in one. The master connects to an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has full use of the second bath off the hall.
A full-size washer and dryer are located in the ground-level storage unit — a short walk from the condo rather than in-unit, worth knowing for a week-long stay.
One block to the beach means spontaneous morning walks, quick runs back for lunch, and evening strolls that don't require planning. The free AMI trolley stops nearby. Publix and Walgreens are a short walk. The neighborhood is relaxed enough that guests regularly explore the whole island without moving their car.
Pets considered on request. One-week minimum stay.
*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due
You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.
