Fantastic apartment in great location with secure parking spot in the garage. Would highly recommend. The road noise can be a bit loud but with windows closed it was barely noticable.

Thank you sir, it was a great pleasure hosting you đ
Had a great weekend getaway in Quebec City. Condo was about a 30 minute walk to downtown attractions. Easy access and a plus to have heated underground parking in winter. Owner was very fast to respond to questions. Kitchen was fully equipped and there was a tub as well as shower.
Lovely apartment with safe underground parking, 20 min walk from the Old Town and super easy drive to head to JC National Park north or to the waterfall and island east. Well stocked kitchen, huge bathroom, nice balcony and altogether definitely a bargain. We'll be back for sure!
Great home base for exploring the city and going to parks for hiking. Parking garage is nice so you donât have to worry about parking. Apartment was clean and had everything you need.
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as promised. Check in was very easy. Condo was clean, well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Our host Guillaume was always quick to answer any questions we had.
Everything was great. Location, garage, balcony, price.Kitchen was stock good. The only issue is the noise from the busy road, but not significant for you to interrupt a sleep.
Lovely little apartment and we had a great time. It is right beside a main road, which was great for getting around, but did make for some tossing and turning for the lightest sleeper in our family. Everything else was awesome though and I would definitely return and recommend. Thanks!

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Communication with the host Guillaume was fantastic. I had concerns about
We were very pleased with the property and enjoyed our time there. It was clean and spacious with all the amenities in the kitchen for cooking plus extra linens. It had a secure entrance plus an elevator, and was on the 4th floor of the building. Parking was underground and required a remote opener. The terrace was lovely and overlooked the city. Downtown was an easy 30 minute walk. We discovered paid parking at the Plains of Abraham museum and the Museum of Civilization too which were closer, if it was inclement weather.
The condo was very clean when we arrived. We had good communication with the host leading up to our stay. The area surrounding the Station condo building was under heavy construction so it was a bit tricky getting around and a little extra noisy. The bed was much smaller than we anticipated. It seems to only be a double size so it was less comfortable for 2 people. Our son slept on the pull out sofa and that seemed ok for him. The last day of our stay the city turned the water off for the construction work so we weren't able to use any water before checking out. It wasn't ideal, but not anything our host could have done to change this. We were happy to be close to the fun spots and historic sights.
I absolutely loved this place. I was traveling alone, and being female wanted to make sure wherever I stayed I felt safe. Being on the 4th floor of the locked building was very comforting. Having secured easy access underground parking was also great. From check-in to check-out, the owner communicated with a couple of questions I had. The neighborhood was quirky and fun. I was able to walk to a couple restaurants that are nearby. I highly recommend the scallops at Kracken a couple of blocks away. I also highly recommend reservations! I don't think being alone I would walk around later in the evening but I am that way with most places. I think the only thing I would recommend is earplugs if you are not a sound sleeper. The road noise is pretty loud at night. BUT, even with that, this far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend! :)
