This gem is steps away from catching world-renowned sunsets at the beach! A perfect place to unwind, this cottage boasts sleeping quarters for two families.

2 minute WALK to the Highlands 1 beach!

5 minute drive north of Grand Bend’s main strip. Or you can walk 3km along the beach all the way to town! 2 minute drive to Oakwood golf course.

This cottage is in a quiet subdivision. There is a strict no noise past 10pm rule enforced. If you’re looking for a place to party, this is NOT it.

*note: cottage sleeps 8 guests as per Bluewater’s short term rental bylaw.

20% discount offered for weekly rentals. Saturday-Saturday is preferred.

beach holiday for a few days in July

a well lived in cottage with some charm- good access to the beach and not too far from lively action at Grand Bend. Sleeps 6 comfortably with 1.5 baths. Adequate kitchen for preparing meals. Lovely big backyard. Highway noise with the windows open. in our research to find a place that would accept a short stay in summer (4 nights over a weekend) this cottage was reasonably priced.

Beautiful Grand Bend

This rating is for future guests if you are considering this property. The host was lovely. She answered all communication very promptly. The location was great. Access to the beach from the property is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues as the stairs are steep and the hill is also steep. If you you have no mobility issues than the beach and sunsets are amazing! The little path to the beach was so cute. The cottage had mostly everything. 3 bedrooms were large and spacious and the 4th with the single beds was tight… good for small children but maybe not for two adults. BBQ was not in working order and looked like it was glued. It fell off and we couldn't use it. The shower head was very leaky as well. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The large tv in the living room had Netflix and other things for entertainment. 2 portable air conditioners… one in the living room and one in the dining front room area kept things pretty cool. Bring a fan for bedrooms if you want extra as the portable fan was not in working order. The nights are cooler so everyone seemed comfortable for sleeping. The beds were very comfortable.
