Cottage moderne et lumineux Ă  aire ouverte - 5 minutes de Bayfield

Ce magnifique chalet toutes saisons Viceroy est situĂ© sur une propriĂ©tĂ© en herbe et boisĂ©e juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la route 21, Ă  cinq minutes au sud de Bayfield et Ă  quinze minutes au nord de Grand Bend. Il possĂšde un espace de vie lumineux Ă  concept ouvert avec des plafonds cathĂ©drale de 20 pieds et de nombreuses fenĂȘtres pour la lumiĂšre naturelle.

Le chalet est toute la saison, entiÚrement meublé avec 3 chambres et une salle de bain complÚte. Il y a 2 lits queen et une couchette double / simple dans la 3Úme chambre - dormir 7 confortablement. Il y a Internet sans fil, Android Box TV, Netflix, combo DVD / magnétoscope et stocké avec des films.

Profitez de la terrasse ensoleillée autour de l'avant et du cÎté du chalet avec une sortie du salon et une autre de la chambre principale. Il y a un barbecue et beaucoup de meubles de patio pour manger et se prélasser. Parfait pour attraper quelques rayons un aprÚs-midi paresseux. Le patio arriÚre offre également une balançoire / chaise et une table de patio de 8 places pour les réceptions. La cour est spacieuse pour les enfants et comprend un foyer ouvert.

Le chalet est Ă©quipĂ© de 5 appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers, d'un grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, d'une cuisiniĂšre, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un lave-linge et d'un sĂšche-linge. En outre, vous trouverez un grille-pain / four Ă  convection, un four micro-ondes et une cafetiĂšre. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout le confort de la maison. Nous sommes sur l'eau municipale (potable) et le systĂšme septique. Il y a un poĂȘle Ă  bois dans le salon et des plinthes chauffantes dans chaque chambre. NOTE: Les draps ne sont pas fournis.

Oh la plage! À une minute Ă  pied du bout de la rue, par un chemin pavĂ© menant Ă  l’accĂšs Ă  la plage privĂ©e. Il n'y a pas d'escalier et est une plage privĂ©e pour notre communautĂ©. La plage est une combinaison de sable, de galets et de roches avec une entrĂ©e progressive dans le lac. Les couchers de soleil sur le lac Huron sont connus pour ĂȘtre spectaculaires. Assurez-vous de ne pas en manquer un!

Overall the cottage was enjoyable. The only complaint is lack of A/C. Fans simply did not cool the air enough. Very uncomfortable for sleeping.

Visitors from Poland

My in-laws from Poland visited us and we all (8 of us) stayed at this wonderful cottage for 3 nights. It was very clean and cozy, and accomodated our group nicely. The beach is a very short walk, and adjacent to the property lies beautiful farmland. I have only positive things to say. There were no disappointments or unexpected difficulties at all. Host was very communicative and clear with instructions. Very reasonably priced , close to Pinery Park.

Charming Second Visit!

My family and I stayed here last year over Thanksgiving and booked it again for our summer holiday! It was gorgeous in the fall and even better in the summer! We had a lovely time staying here again! It was very comfortable and we loved watching the hummingbirds and other wildlife.

Great getaway

Nice, clean spot with a big yard and fire pit. We saw hummingbirds and a white squirrel from the deck. Fire pit in back and short walk to the beach. Easy drive into Bayfield, Grand Bend and Goderich.

Serenity Now

We LOVE this cottage! Jodi, our host, went above and beyond quickly responding to any questions we had. As others have mentioned, the neighbours were amazing and very welcoming--Kris even invited my husband to go snowmobiling with him this winter! The bed was so comfortable I slept through the night every night. I loved the appliances. We had campfires almost every night in the backyard, and loved the beach (except the little part at the shoreline that had little pebbles that moved when you stepped on them!) Even the cleaning woman, Britney, who arrived just as we were leaving at the end of our stay, was so nice and friendly. I give the cottage and Jodi (and Paul!) a 10 out of 10!

Like home but with a beach!

Girls get-a-way

We had a great time and enjoyed the cottage. It was well supplied and comfortable beds. The deck is very large and made a great gathering spot to enjoy the breezes and quiet surroundings. For cooks, it has a well supplied kitchen and plenty of work space. Many nice courses around and a deep back area to practice. I’d like to come back, I’m sure the fall is beautiful there.

Great Little Getaway!

Serenity Now was just what my mom, sister and I needed. Its in an excellent location between Bayfield and Grand Bend. We did some shopping and enjoyed an afternoon at the Bad Apple Brewing Company. The cottage itself was clean and had everything you need in the kitchen to prep and make your own meals. We spent a lot of time on the deck just hanging out and reading. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach which did not disappoint. The sunsets were beautiful. The neighbours were friendly and helpful. One thing that we noticed was it did not have the patio furnitue as mentioned and shown in the photos. Good thing we brought our own chairs. :)

Awesome Cottage

It was the perfect location for a little Thanksgiving weekend getaway. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with cooking equipment plus a little pantry of items left behind from other cottage goers. I brought things from home to cook dinner and they ended up back in the car because we didn't need them! It rained all weekend but we didn't mind because the wifi was great so we watched movies and there were tons of games available. Overall it was a great experience!

Homestead Estates

We loved our stay. The cottage was clean and cosy, it had everything we needed for our stay. A nice big yard for our dog Ellie. Wonderful friendly neighbors also. The access to Lake Huron is close and Bayfield is lovely. We plan to be back soon.

Very pleasant week

The residence is nicely appointed and comfortable. We appreciated being able to bring our 13 year old Lab who enjoyed her walks in the area. My grandchildren (7 and 9) preferred to swim in Grand Bend as opposed to the small beach accessible from the cottage. The beach off Pavillion Rd is quite nice and we enjoyed swimming there as well. The front porch is comfortable and th erocking chairs were well used. The large lawns afforded us an opportunity to play numerous games. It was an enjoyable stay.

Lovely cottage, close to the beach

Clean and spacious and full of light, with excellent decking for outdoor entertaining and ‘al fresco’ meals. We return year after year because the hosts are so gracious and there is everything we would need here for a relaxing vacation.

Perfect family getaway

Bright & airy interior which was well laid out. Beautiful grounds with well situated fire pit. Great parking and cottage location on lot gave privacy to the renters. All in all “ Serenity Now”

We called our cottage 'SERENITY NOW!" after the Seinfeld episodes where George Costanza father (Frank Stiller) is calling out for 'Serenity Now!' If you haven;t seen it - check it out... then come to our cottage for some Serenity Now!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our cottage is modern and open concept, bright and airy with cathedral ceilings and one side of all windows for natural light. Spacious and clean, there is lots of space inside and out to enjoy.

Lake Huron is a big lake with Ocean-like sounds as it ebbs and flows on the shore. The sunsets are some of the best in Canada and not to miss. Often cottages in Lake Huron on on the edge of a cliff, we have a paved slope down to the water's edge, easy to access across the road from the cottage.
