"Newly renovated" Gorgeous Designer Beach Condo!

Our condominium has been recently renovated and redecorated with new furnishings. We have made it easy for you to enjoy your vacation. In the morning the sun shines on the lanai and there is a great view of the Gulf and the gorgeous beach.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the lanai and a fabulous view of the gulf. The living room/dining room area is completely open with access to the lanai where you can enjoy your dinner and a beautiful sunset without leaving your home. The living room has a sleeper sofa and 55" K4 flat screen TV. There is also a 46"flat screen televisions in the Master and 36"TV in the Twin bedroom. For your convenience we have Wifi access and a DVD available. New walk in shower bathrooms with plush towels and accessories. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig and regular coffee maker. Walk directly onto the beach from the pool area. Enjoy the fully equipped fitness center or tennis and Pickle ball courts.
We have beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and beach towels and toys in the unit and if you need a bed or high chair for your baby, we can provide it as well. Our unit is turnkey furnished and designer decorated.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Our condo was clean and nicely updated. Our hostess, was so kind and helpful! It is a hike to the beach if you have small children, we don’t, but still appreciated the wagon to haul the chairs to the ocean. Everything we needed for the beach was provided as well as good restaurant options and activities! Would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo in perfect location in middle of tower with great view of beautiful white sand beach with shells galore right in front, heated pool, sunny porch, wonderfully helpful host, be sure to book a boat trip to the Ten Thousand Islands nearby, saw more than 20 dolphins cavorting near our boat, enjoy!

The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of five. We had a fabulous week in this condo! The size was perfect (2 adults and three kids) and it was filled with everything we needed to enjoy the week. Beach and pool toys, beach chairs, a well-outfitted kitchen and great patio furniture. And it is decorated so nicely, with comfy beds and a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Couldn't have worked out better. Ulrike was wonderful to work with, very responsive and helpful and kind! Highly recommend!

Very nice condo, we loved the heated pool!

We returned home from our stay in Marco Island a couple days ago, and we wish we were still there. The condo was very nice, we traveled with our four kids, ages 8, 7, 7, and 2.5, it was so nice having the space for everyone and the sand toys and pool noodles were a great addition. The pool was very comfortably heated, which we loved. Everyone around the area was very friendly and nice. Ulrike was great, we got in pretty late the first night, and she got us the keys ahead of time and was prompt with any questions. We hope to come back in the future!

This was absolute perfection. Unless you want room service and fruity drinks at the pool, why go to a hotel and pay parking, resort fees, and inflated meal prices? The apartment looks brand new, and was decorated by a designer. (the owner). No detail has been overlooked. Quality products too - not cheap "renter" items. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ever need. The bathrooms are stunning. there is fast wireless internet access, and the view from the Gulf side of the building is absolutely gorgeous! We can't say enough about this condo, it's just perfect! Can't wait to return!!

Lovely Property

We have been visiting the South Seas Towers at Marco Island for over 35 years. We absolutely love this location! Ulrike was very responsive, easy to reach and made the logistics of our arrival and departure as easy as possible. The condo is nicely appointed with a view of the pool and beach. We had coffee on the balcony each morning. We loved the updated kitchen and large walk-in glass showers. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Unfortunately, we experienced a family emergency during our trip. Ulrike was incredibly accommodating in helping us get out of the condo early and taking care of last minute cleaning and things in the condo that we were unable to do as we had to leave town quickly. I highly recommend this condo as well as this incredibly thoughtful and responsive property owner.

After 15 years of wonderful VRBO experiences, we unfortunately felt very disappointed with this most recent booking. Upon arrival, we first learned that the condo we rented was completely surrounded by heavy construction, including jackhammers, electric saws, hammers and many other very loud power tools. We were then offered another condo in another building for part of the stay. It was nice but did not have the southerly gulf view we had been anticipating for several months. After four days, due to an incoming rental, we had to pack up and move to the original property we rented. The first two days were over the weekend so the noise wasn't a factor but the dust and dirt that accumulated from the work week left a fine layer of dust throughout the interior of the condo and the outside deck was covered in a thick layer of dirt and debris from the adjacent construction projects such that it become unusable. On the following Monday and Tuesday, work resumed shortly before 8:00am with a noise decibel level that made the property uninhabitable until 5:00 when the work ceased for the day. We feel that we should have been informed in advance of the extensive work being done in the adjacent condos so that we may have found other accommodations that would have been more conducive to a long anticipated peaceful, restful and tranquil vacation. Although a small adjustment (credit) was made to our account (after very difficult conversations/texts with the owner), we believe the entire situation should have been handled more professionally and more transparently.

We had a fantastic spring break and Ulrike was a great host. Condo is updated and very nice.This was our first stay on the beach in the Tigertail area, but not our first to Marco. At the time of our stay, there was a provided wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas. These were very nice to have during beach time. It's roughly a 10 minute walk from the pool to the ocean water, but we knew that having visited the area previously. Kids loved the pool.

Spring break

The property was wonderful and perfectly accommodated our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed. We made breakfast and lunch daily and ate out for most dinners. The beach closet had toys, chairs, umbrella and other things to help us have great beach days. Ulrike was so easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this or other properties of hers in the future.

Our condominium is located on the 7th floor and has been completely professionally remodeled and Designer decorated with new furnishings, appliances, linens, cookware, dinnerware and even beach accessories. We have made it easy for you to enjoy your vacation. In the morning, enjoy the view of the Gulf while reading you paper or favorite book with a great cup of coffee on the open air lanai. The master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the lanai and a fabulous view of the gulf. The master and guest bathrooms have been completely remodeled with walk in shower and new fixtures. The living room/dining room area is completely open with access to the lanai where you can enjoy your dinner and a beautiful sunset without leaving your home. The living room has a sleeper sofa and 46" flat screen Tv. There are flat screen televisions in both bedrooms. There is a small office space with a desk and Wifi access. Walk directly onto the beach from the pool area. Enjoy the fully equipped fitness center or tennis courts.
