We had a wonderful stay! It was such a lovely place to relax and spend time together as a family. We really enjoyed the beach and spent lots of time hanging out on the patio. The kids had an amazing time, and the grownups did too! A beautiful, relaxing spot for a family getaway, and we’re so glad we stayed here.

If you are a young family this house thought of all the small touches that would make your stay seamless lots of cool stuff for toddlers and teens too. Communication is the best I have ever seen with a VRBO owner.

My family loves renting this cabin! It's a wonderful property with a beautiful beach, and the kids especially love relaxing in the hot tub at night. We always have a fantastic time here and look forward to coming back.

The host messaged a few days prior to check in asking us to be considered of water use. I had booked the house for 7 ladies for a fun weekend away, and received multiple message from the host in regards to water how much warer we were using. Due to the water usage the host had the warer turned off at multiple times. This was very frustrating as we were trying to h e a good time, but it was continually interrupted with messages and even a phone call to check the water use.

We are sorry to hear that these guests did not enjoy their stay. When we reached out, our goal was to determine the source of the unusual water usage. With the guests’ assistance, we were able to determine that the issue was caused by a running toilet. Unfortunately a sticky toilet handle led to this situation, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience it caused. The necessary maintenance has since been completed to correct the issue. Our home is equipped with a water monitoring system that alerts us to suspected leaks or unusual water usage and can automatically shut off the water in extreme cases. This system serves as an important safeguard, particularly because the property is not occupied year round. We take the upkeep of our home seriously and perform regular maintenance to help prevent unexpected issues. While we regret that this occurred during our guests’ stay, we appreciate the opportunity to identify the problem and ensure it has been addressed.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Rochon Sands and couldn’t have asked for better hosts. They were absolutely fab — warm, welcoming and so helpful throughout our stay.The property comfortably accommodated our group of nine and was perfect for spending quality time together as a family. We especially loved the hot tub, which was such a treat and a lovely way to relax at the end of the day.There were also so many thoughtful little extra touches throughout the property that made our stay feel really comfortable and special. Everything felt well cared for, welcoming and set up with guests in mind.We made some lovely family memories here and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Fantastic rental for a group of ladies! The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the layout is perfect for a group of 10. We used the hot tub and fire place, and enjoyed walks down the beach and at the campground. Would definitely come back again!The property is as listed and the hosts are great!

Dan and Leslie home is wonderful. Super clean, well maintained, the bedroom and bathroom distribuiton is great and there is everything you can possible need. My family and friends had a great time there. Certainly a place to come back in another time.

The cabin is beautiful and well equipped. We greatly enjoyed the large living area and big windows as it provided us such a bright, comfy area to sit and knit or play cards.

Great getaway spot

Was a good weekend with friends. Lots of space and beds for everyone and a great kitchen with everything I needed to cook for 8 people.
