This was the perfect house for our family vacation! The house had plenty of room and was clean. The pool was perfect! It was clean and heated to a warm temperature plus there were water toys. My kids loved it!! It's right by the canal which gave it a "by the water" feel. Everything worked, kitchen was stocked with essentials, and clean linens and towels. Cute house close to everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

This home was turn key for a family of 5. The Owners really did think of everything. Some may say the home is a little bit tired, but I’d say its charming and we didn’t have to walk on egg shells with the kids. Lots of pool toys, lots of beach chairs and towels for use. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the Alexa and TV’s pretty much everywhere make it easy to have multiple enter areas going at the same time. The Property Manager was very responsive with some special request questions I had, and the location was ideal for our mixed goals of Captiva, Fort Meyer, Naples and Venice Beaches.Really couldn't be more pleased for the cost. We will definitely stay again if available.The only slightly sub par item was the grill, as I couldn’t het it over 350 degrees, but that could have been operator error, and we were able to pan sear and bake the steaks instead. It was still technically ready, clean, and turn key for use like the other features of the house

It was a beautiful home and the pool is large and clean. They provided tons of beach towels! I washed them and put them back in the baskets, I was so appreciative to have them. The management company is very nice and responsive. I've stayed in 4 VRBOs in Florida and this is my favorite house.

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed the location and how central it was to a number of activities that we did. The house was beautiful and we felt at home. Nothing beats coffee on the dock and a night swim in the pool. Hope to go back again!!

We have had troubles with the entry electronic door lock . During all the second week of our stay it was impossible to lock the entry door when leaving the house ! We sent several Email and text messages to the house manager , never any answer from them . We had to carry with us all our valuables every time we left the house .The 2 neighbors on the other side of the canal were very noisy , even at 7pm … One was remodeling his house with very noisy equipment , the other one was cleaning his 4 boats with pressure water in the evening , he is renting boats….The house by itself is pleasant , but we had too many troubles to give a good appreciation . The owner did not respond to our complain , they do not care of tenant .

Beautiful and relaxing home on the canal

We had wonderful stay. The house is just as it is pictured and was stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, plenty of towels for both bathing and the pool. The lanai and pool were clean and beautiful. We enjoyed all of our mornings drinking coffee out there! We only used two bedrooms, but both beds were extremely comfortable! It is a quiet neighborhood and very good for morning and afternoon walks. I highly recommend this home and we would certainly stay here again!

Me and my Family have a wonderful Stay in your house. Very Quietfull and nice View on the waterfront. Pool was realy good. In the Kitchen was all what we need. Nice Bedroom and Bathrooms. Beach Chairs and Cooler. Only one Thing was not so good, the BBQ Grill has no Gas 😕 thanks for the good time. Olaf and Family 😊👍👪

The location and house were very nice and provided a peaceful setting to spend time with family. However, I was unable to reach the owners or property managers by email or phone during our stay. When we arrived, the mailbox was down, and the house was not stocked with paper towels or extra toiletries. In addition, the guest bedroom’s ceiling fan lights did not work, and the fan itself was vibrating and overheating without moving. I attempted to reach out about this issue but did not receive a response. Overall, the property was comfortable and enjoyable, but communication and a few maintenance details could be improved.

Labor Day Cape Coral Vacation

Beautiful house and looks even better in person. Rental company was always very quick with replies to any questions I had. We loved being the 1st guest to use new dryer. We spent so much time in the heated pool after each day on our boat.Loved all streaming channels for us to use.Beds were super comfy and great water pressure for our showers.Neighbors were very nice and the neighborhood was quiet. 5 minutes away from local boat ramp. Highly recommend this house. Thanks for a great stay.
