Like Brand New.. Home is completely ready and waiting for you and your family!

Location is everything and this home has that.. you are a few minutes to the Yacht Club, Cape Coral Beach and restaurant. The amazing view of the extensively wide canal and a straight through boat ride to open waters. The home has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 + and a queen size pull out sofa in one of the guest bedrooms along with a queen bed. A full equipped kitchen and everything else you need for the comforts of home. The bedrooms are 2 on one side and master on the other. There are TV's in 2 of the 3 bedroom and the living area as well as free wifi. Master bedroom tv has cable so you can access local tv for weather and news all other tv's are smart tv's with Roku. Do not miss out on this home and we look forward to having you as our guest. We can accommodate for shorter stays please call directly: five six one nine two seven seven three five zero.

The house worked perfect for our family (4 kids). Cindy is very attentive and helpful with any questions we had. The pool was perfect and there were extra beach towels for us to use for swimming. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Quick access to the bridge to get to Sanibel with a short 30 minute drive. We loved that the house had a private dock for fishing in the canal.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this house. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We spent hours in the pool and watching the water. The house was very close to many beaches and things to do. Highly recommend this home!

Well equipped and great location

We had a fantastic stay at the well-equipped house. It had everything we needed and the location was great. There are many fabulous restaurants close by

Fun and games by the pool

We had nice weather and spent a lot of time by the pool, relaxing and swimming. We also enjoyed the view of the canal and walked throughout the neighborhood. We watched the sunrise in the morning with coffee by the pool. Close to restaurants and the beach. Loved the burrowing owls in the front yard. The house was comfortable and we enjoyed the foosball table! 😊

Sisters Weekend

My 2 sisters and I had a great long weekend. The house was perfect. There is a lot to do in the area or if you want to stay home, it’s perfect to sit by the pool and relax. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. We had a really nice time.

Terrific stay!

Very clean and thoughtfully furnished house, in a quiet neighborhood. Loved being on the water (amazing sunrise views). We didn't use the pool but it was heated and clean. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen too! The Farmer's Market on Saturdays is nearby and worth visiting.

An amazing respite from the dreary winter!

This home is beautiful, and all details have been thought out so thoroughly. It was comfortable and peaceful! We loved the screened in porch and my teenage granddaughter would have lived in the pool! We would like to come again!

Great 3 bedroom home on a canal in Cape Coral. Very clean, kitchen and bathrooms modernized, living room and sun room excellent for hosting. Large spacious lanai and good heated pool. Garage and Landry facilities. Neighbours very friendly and fantastic safe neighbourhood. Great road cycling opportunities in the area as well. Definitely recommend for families 4-7 ppl.

Just what we need

The house is cozy with a nice view of the canal. The best part is the pool. The shallow part of the pool is flat which is nice for kids to enjoy. The summer month is brutal from the heat. With the canal being too warm, we didn’t catch any fish but couple of catfish. Overall, we enjoyed the house and the neighborhood is quiet. Definitely recommended.

Enjoyed our stay

Thankful to have the opportunity to stay here with our family. The house was as advertised, clean and has everything you need. I don't think my kids left the pool other than to eat and sleep. The temperature of the water is perfect all of the time and it's very clean. Host is very quick with response when we messaged. Nice safe neighborhood. Beds and pillows were all nice and comfortable. Would recommend this property!

Our favorite VRBO in Florida.

We really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in Fort Meyers and Marco Island previously. Cape Coral was a great choice. Slower paced and with a great little coffee shop and amazing little pastry shop near but we had a good morning routine. We loved the pool and there are always some big fish jumping in the canal we were never bored. Great stay and we would love to do it again.

Nice family time away

This house was really nice inside, it’s newly renovated. We enjoyed spending our days poolside. It’s very residential surrounding the home and a very quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed to enjoy the time we spent at the home.

Great house

This is a great house to stay at and enjoy the warm weather during the winter. It is in a good location to everything. Very clean and quiet spot as well.

pool issue

House was fine. Problem was when we got there the pool was empty and deep end had some brown water in it. This was due to Hurricane Ian. Which we obviously understand but she didn't tell us ahead of time so we could look elsewhere for a pool. The cage was gone too and it was a huge safety issue. She gave us only a very small credit for this. Other thing was that the master bedroom a/c does not work. I saw in reviews that someone posted this back in July. And it still wasn't working in October. Besides that the house, neighborhood, etc was fine. Canal was nice to look at.
