Very nice property

Condo was very nicely and comfortably decorated. Beds were comfortable and labels clearly marked the switches and cabinets. I’d stay here again! Close to shopping and restaurants but still retains the feeling of being out in the country.

This is a beauty! All the right things stocked. Comfortable beds, easy to get to. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check in. Had a question about the WiFi. Question was answered quickly via text. WiFi is slow. This place is well maintained and has a modern touch. Will be staying here again!

We loved this townhome it was clean and temperature in home was perfect and neighborhood was so clean and quiet. We in Denton to tour UNT campus and we got the rest we needed and felt safe. We will be back again

Wonderful stay

We stayed here for a week while our daughter had events at TWU. Clean home, quiet neighborhood, and close to restaurants and stores. Access to the home via garage is a great plus as well. This will be our choice next time we’re in the area, no doubt.

Great townhouse & close to Denton Square!

The place was exactly as depicted in the pictures - we had a great stay - everything seemed brand new, comfortable and easy to use. Very closer to everything and we were even able to watch a rugby game from the back driveway! Highly recommend!

College Housing Search

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our 3 night stay while touring the many offsite college housing sites. Home had everything we needed to cook and relax every evening. Owner has thought of everything. Will definitely be staying in this home again.

Great property, as described.

Property was as described. New townhome in a new, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Very clean with everything you need for your stay. The location is excellent. You are in a quiet area but can be at new restaurants, colleges, shopping, movie theatres all in 5-10 minutes. Excellent place to stay.

Every detail was perfect! Having a garage when you're in an unfamiliar town is an extra bonus! We've learned to look for little things, such as comfortable furniture, appliances, and location, and this home checked ALL the boxes!

Denton get away

This was perfect for our quick trip to Denton. We were there for a wedding. My husband, myself, our two daughters and one granddaughter. It was perfect - and so clean.
