Excellent property !

Very clean recently renovated unit only steps from Harbor Town Marina and nearby restaurants and shops. Best location in Harbor Town and has a nice balcony. Owner was very helpful getting us settled into the unit upon arrival. We will definitely return!

Location, Location, Location

If you want to be at the center of everything in Sea Pines, this is the ideal place. Great 2BR unit that is spacious enough, with a balcony that overlooks the epicenter of Harbour Town, and only a few stairs away from the the lighthouse, water sports and restaurants like the Crazy Crab and Quarterdeck.

The location is superb. Very convenient to everything. One of the best locations we’ve ever stayed at. The condo needs updating. It’s definitely adequate but very outdated. A little TLC and it would be beautiful. Condo was very clean.

Excellent experience!

Excellent experience on my girls trip. There were 3 of us. Location was awesome! Shops and amazing restaurants only steps away! The place was very clean and spacious and the host went out of his way to make our arrival easy and was very responsive the whole time. Can’t wait to return next year!

Spacious and clean Harbour Town condo

Very well maintained and clean. Plenty of room with all the comforts of home. Prime location to enjoy restaurants, shops, live entertainment, and walking/bike path. Owners are super friendly and responsive to your needs. Parking is limited during peak hours but there is a trolley you can use to get around the Sea Pines Resort.

Perfect location!!

Had a wonderful time in Hilton Head and couldn't have picked a more perfect location. We used to play the courses of Hilton Head when I lived in the area. So, it was good gettting the golfing buddies back together. We were just steps from the stores and shops of Harbor Town and minutes away from golf. We enjoyed the condo and it worked out great that the three of us had their own bed. Things were clean and up to date. We enjoyed sitting out on the balconey watching the boats come in. If you are going to Hilton Head this is the only place I would stay and I'll be going back.

Best Location Ever!

My family and I have stayed in many rental properties in Sea Pines, and this is best location! I can picture many scenarios where this location would be ideal. For us, we are a family of three (12yo son) but have other family scattered throughout Sea Pines. So easy to get around on foot or bike or trolley. We hardly used our car and had groceries delivered. Mike is an excellent host - friendly, helpful, and quick to respond! His condo is clean, quiet, and spacious. This will definitely be our go-to rental in the future!

Shark Island trip

We came in for the weekend to take a trip to shark island and this was of my favorites places we stayed in Hilton Head. You can see Harbor Town Marina from the balcony and bedroom window. You are looking through trees so it’s not a wide open view but you can see water and boats. We were within walking distance of the lighthouse, restaurants and shopping. The kitchen appears to be well equipped if you are there for a few days and want to cook instead of going out. We are going out people and loved the bakery across the street for breakfast. If you have kiddos you are right next to a great playground, even my 12 year old liked it. We were able to take our dog which is always nice. There is plenty of room to put up his crate when we leave, he’s a good boy but just in case. It is a third story unit but where are elevators and luggage carts to get all your stuff to the unit. Michael met us in parking lot which was nice. GPS gets you to the parking lot but after that it’s a bit confusing trying to figure out where to go, especially in the dark. Not alot of street lights or building lights in the area due to turtle restrictions (didn’t see any turtles â˜č) and no building markings either. I think if you are coming in during daylight hours it would not be a problem. My only negative about the unit is there are no ceiling fans. I like ceiling fans going when I’m sleeping. But other than that it’s a great unit and would certainly stay again.

Great location in Harbor Town

We were looking to stay near the harbor and had no idea what to expect as this was our first time in the area. Great condo with access to good restaurants, bars and Harbor Town golf course. Place was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
