Walk a tad farther and you’re at the Santa Barbara Harbor where you can book a whale-watching cruise, rent stand-up paddleboards, and choose from a variety of restaurants that are right on the water.

The private upstairs Paradise Retreats loft has been completely remodeled with high-quality finishes and decor. A balcony faces the Channel Islands offering ocean views and a quaint seating area. The Kitchen, Dining Nook, and Living Room flow together anchored by a stone fireplace. The large Bedroom features a walk-in closet, high ceilings, and luxury Bathroom. (Note: There is another separate and private home on the main level).

Please note: (COMMUNAL AREAS RESTRICTIONS): The Property contains communal areas on the property that are restricted and off limits to the guests of Tropical Retreat South. Restricted areas include the backyard area, spa, and all recreation items.​​​​​​​
