Excellent place to stay in the heart of SB. Easy check in, host extremely reachable thru the app, and amenities were so nice. Don’t be dumb like us and wait until the last day to open the fridge. There is a Brita pitcher in there!

Very nice apartment, well equipped, and very close to food & shopping outlets. Really good restaurant right next door and a Vons right down the street.One downside: no AC. I suspect that this usually isn't a problem, but when we were in SB it was atypically hot and it wasn't that easy to get the interior to cool down.

We had a great stay. The host had clear check in & check out guidelines and the house was very clean. The home was comfortable with updated decor and the kitchen had quality kitchenware (which isn't often the experience). Great location to walk to restaurants, grocery stores, shops and the beach. The host was immediately responsive when we had a question. The snack gift basket/wine was a lovely touch. Recommend this home for anyone traveling as a couple or small group.

The Cozy Condo was perfect for our stay. The balcony was a wonderful place to begin and end our day, the beds were comfortable and the hosts were quick to respond to our questions. The location is in the heart of the Mesa and convenient. Very relaxing.
