Stay slope side in style while enjoying Aspen's best dining, shopping, and ski access just outside your door. This first-floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo features an enclosed sun deck with peaceful river views, perfect in every season. Located just five blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and steps from downtown Aspen, it offers both convenience and comfort.
Living & Dining
The open living area includes a flat-screen TV and queen sleeper sofa, plus a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and a separate dining area. Guests also enjoy an office nook and in-unit laundry.
**Please note: Due to building regulations, fireplaces are currently not in use at Chateau Eau Claire. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to enjoy the many other comforts of this condo, including its private river-view balcony, modern interiors, and access to hot tubs, a heated pool, and a fitness center.**
