Welcome to Rehoboth! This meticulously kept 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (+ outdoor shower!) home provides a spacious, welcoming place for your family to enjoy your time at the beach. Pull into the circular driveway with space for four cars, walk up the wooden boardwalk to the front door into an open and inviting floor plan from the vaulted ceiling living room to the dining room and kitchen. The living room has a 60-inch television for entertaining and full cable. The dining room table has space for the whole family to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen has recently been updated with all stainless steel appliances and cookware needed to make a family meal. The back sunroom has a space for coffee or breakfast while enjoying the privacy of the pine trees in the backyard. The home offers three bedrooms: The primary suite has a king-size mattress, a 42-inch TV, and an en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size mattress and a 42-inch TV. The third bedroom offers two full size mattresses and two twin size mattresses, sleeping up to 6. The second bathroom is next to bedrooms two and three. The outdoor space offered with this rental is rare in Rehoboth and includes a fully-fenced, spacious backyard, an outdoor shower, a spacious deck with Weber grill perfect for cookouts, a hot tub/spa, and a fire pit for nighttime smores. Close drive to shopping, activities, grocery and beach! Enjoy your vacation with all the amenities you need! SHORT WEEKS AVAILABLE DURING THE SEASON AND OFFSEASON (135 CLEANING FEE FOR ALL RENTALS LESS THAN A WEEK)

Great stay, nice property

Overall this was a great property. The house is on a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac with very attractive landscaping, and everything is as it looks in the pictures - it was actually larger than I anticipated! The decor is attractive and new, the kitchen is well stocked, and all appliances worked well. We appreciated a working gas grill with extra propane just in case. Good wifi/TV. Beds were very comfortable, hot tub was great! One recommendation to the hosts - the master bedroom really needs blackout shades/curtains, because not only is it bright in the morning with full sun, the neighbors have floodlights in their yard at night, so it's quite bright at night for sleeping as well. This is the first time we have stayed somewhere "pet-friendly" (we don't have pets) so I don't know how this compares - there was no pet smell or immediately visible pet hair, but pet hair was there, to the point that after we loaded everything in and got the beds set up, we had pet hair on us. Also, FYI, this property is managed by an outside company, so you end up having to go through their additional contract and website process and pick-up/drop-off keys at a nearby location. The staff were all friendly and responsive, but its another step.
