Great stay, nice property
Overall this was a great property. The house is on a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac with very attractive landscaping, and everything is as it looks in the pictures - it was actually larger than I anticipated! The decor is attractive and new, the kitchen is well stocked, and all appliances worked well. We appreciated a working gas grill with extra propane just in case. Good wifi/TV. Beds were very comfortable, hot tub was great!
One recommendation to the hosts - the master bedroom really needs blackout shades/curtains, because not only is it bright in the morning with full sun, the neighbors have floodlights in their yard at night, so it's quite bright at night for sleeping as well.
This is the first time we have stayed somewhere "pet-friendly" (we don't have pets) so I don't know how this compares - there was no pet smell or immediately visible pet hair, but pet hair was there, to the point that after we loaded everything in and got the beds set up, we had pet hair on us.
Also, FYI, this property is managed by an outside company, so you end up having to go through their additional contract and website process and pick-up/drop-off keys at a nearby location. The staff were all friendly and responsive, but its another step.
