Welcome to Salty Souls Retreat (formally known as Salty Roots Retreat)—your perfect Rehoboth Beach getaway! This spacious 5-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests and offers a fully equipped kitchen, open living spaces, huge backyard with outdoor seating, fire pit, grills, and outdoor shower. Enjoy beach chairs, keyless entry, and ample parking. Conveniently located near dining, shopping, trails, and the beach, it’s ideal for families and groups looking to vacation like a local.

- All guests must be at least 25 years old, except for children with parents.

*NOTE: The property is not pet friendly, but the owner's dog is present when owner is there. Guests with severe allergies should keep this in mind when booking.

- Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (May-September).

*DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

**LONGER STAYS**
-It is mandatory that after 2 weeks we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay.
- Starter supply of toiletries/supplies are provided - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed.
