Welcome to Wild Horses - 26 Boulevard

This stunning newly remodeled home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, screened in porch, beautiful front porch with porch swing and incredible accommodations for 10 guests.

A spacious, open floor plan joins the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Home cooks and entertaining enthusiasts will love the gourmet kitchen, which is perfectly equipped with spacious countertops, tons of cabinetry for storage, and premium stainless steel appliances. The nearby dining area offers seating for 8 guests. Luxurious furnishings and a large flat-screen television make the living area a wonderful place to relax after a long day in the sun. French doors that lead to the screened in outdoor living space which offers seating for five, plus a flat screen tv and fireplace. The main king suite with an attach bath is located on the first floor. The backdoor of the home opens up to a fenced in backyard with a brick fireplace and a place for you to enjoy a cozy night while making smores.

On the second floor are three guest rooms offering a variety of sleeping arrangements. The beautiful primary suite boasts a lavish king bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom. The second guest room features two full beds, a mounted flat-screen television The bunk room offers a two twin built-in bunk beds and a shared bathroom between second bedroom.

Guests will be steps away from The Meeting House, Boardwalk Pool and Spa and short walk to Mama Tigs and The Marina. Wild Horses is centrally located on the main street in town- Boulevard. Come explore Carlton Landing today and book Wild Horses.

Wild Horses has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the public parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.
If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please reserve your cart online through Carts of Carlton at or contact Dr. Doos at.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. Love this beautiful home in the coolest community

Wild Horses was everything we needed for a relaxing new year getaway! We enjoyed the fire places in both the living room and screened in porch, the large well stocked kitchen, and the comfortable and clean bedrooms. Carlton Landing is such a great place to come with our family. We’ll definitely visit again!

Fun Family Get-Awsy

Our family lived the Wild Horses property at Carleton Landing! The house was beautiful and accommodated our large family. The location was convenient to all the amenities Carleton Landing has to offer.

Great stay at wild horses!

We had a wonderful stay at Wild Horses with our two families. The property is in a great location close to coffee shop and pizza place and near the lake. They have a wonderful screened in porch with a fireplace we enjoyed in the evenings. The home was beautiful and stocked with all the basics, including a highchair and pack and play for the kids. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Perfect location!

We loved everything about the house. It had everything we needed for an older group of eight adults. The one caveat was climbing out the bunkbeds. Perhaps leave the bunkbeds for younger folks. My husband and I loved our beds.

Great house, great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It’s centrally located. Close to two of the pools and The Meeting House. The house is adorably decorated with blackout curtains in all the rooms which is a huge bonus. There were sound machines in every room as well. We had one maintenance issue with the AC it was resolved quickly after a call to the property manager. Overall a really great stay and one of our favorite homes we’ve rented at Carlton Landing. We would definitely use again.

Great house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house and a great location. Very close to the Meeting House, Mama Tigs, and one of the pools. The rooms and beds were great, AC worked very good in the heat of summer. We did have an issue with the refrigerator not cooling down but the property management company was very responsive. We did not get any cell phone service at this house. We had to call the property management company to reset the wifi router but still dis not get any wifi during our stay. We would definitely book this house again.

a quick getaway

Reviewer Comments: very satisfied overall.....will probably return again...but, I have one major concern, noisy, of course, due to construction....but, why not have the landscape maintenance companyies go battery...much quieter...this has been required now in some states, cities and POA's...every morning back pack gas blowing off sidewalks and then the mowers on one day....but,everyday the blowers...why not require battery...Note, it will be that way in the next 5 years anyway...why not get ahead in the game

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carlton Landing amenities including the pools, restaurants, and water activities were all used by our family during our stay. Vendors recommended by LakeStay accommodated us as well and we were extremely pleased by their services. We were disappointed not find a park for our toddlers, with playground equipment or swing. The park that we located was overgrown and not well maintained, which was disappointing. We used the School playground, however it did not accommodate our toddlers, as the equipment was meant for older children.We were excited about the house we chose, Wild Horses, as we thought it would serve us well. We found it difficult to use the 2nd floor middle bath due to the shower setup by way of the claw foot tub. Also, we were disappointed by the lack of basic Kitchen cooking utensils and serving utensils.

East coast feel in OK

Property was beautiful, clean and suited our two families wonderfully. The location was perfect, close to the lake, pool, The Pantry and the Meeting House. We were able to rent a golf cart for extra ease of getting around the community. We would definitely stay here again.
