Windancer 303 is the perfect way to complete your Emerald Coast beach getaway! This one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo creates a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere to make your vacation feel like a true escape. You, your family and friends will love the beachfront views as well as the property's amenities, like free WiFi, private beach access and the beachfront community pool. The nearby central Destin, FL, location gives you access to all the most popular area attractions, restaurants, shopping, beaches and more. Staying at Windancer 303 provides you and your guests with a premiere beach vacation experience!

Upon entering the condo, you'll walk past the master bedroom and guest bunk area into an open-concept space with breathtaking beachfront views. The living area provides plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV . The floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors provide for a captivating view of the beach. The living area leads outside to a fully furnished private beachfront balcony. You'll be able to enjoy sunrises with your morning coffee or overlooking the dolphins playing under the beautiful sunset with loved ones. Inside, the kitchen has full-size stainless steel appliances and kitchen basics, so you can make your favorite meals during your Gulf Coast getaway. The dining area offers seating for two with three additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom provides a king bed, flat-screen TV and private bathroom. The private bathroom features a spacious vanity and tub/shower combination. Tucked away in the master bathroom is a laundry closet with a washer and dryer for convenience. In the hallway beyond the master bedroom is a half bath and guest bunk area featuring a twin-over-twin bunk bed, which the kids will love!

You'll have access to the entire space! This third-floor oasis even offers a private balcony with beach views you'll want to soak up every day of your stay.

Beach Chair Service is only available March through October.

Great location!

Such a great view of the beach and a short walk. The room was perfect, clean and decorated nicely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was VERY comfy! The hosts communicated and explained everything so well. We will stay here again.

Ideal location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is fantastic! Plenty of room, well equipped and overall a great place. It was surface clean but curtains to walls are desperately in need of deep cleaning, painting and some updating. The sofa is not very comfortable and I expect in need of being updated as well. We would stay again due to location but would love to see it in better condition.

Perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect location, especially with intermittent showers where you are able to come and go. The attendant with the chairs and umbrella was awesome. However, I had to wash the sheets due to hair on them. The pillows had stains on them as did the mattress. Would stay again if items were replaced as needed.

Enjoyable stay

Things were great and loved the private beach access and chair service. The kitchen did not have a wide variety of supplies but we were still able to make due cooking. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Probably the coolest place I’ve been. Friendly, happy, people everywhere you go. Amazing beach access and nice clean comfortable room. Happy to have spent the money and make the memories here with my loved ones. Will be returning as soon as possible!

Beachfront Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental is right on the beach. Front seat views to the beautiful show that is the ocean. Property appears clean at first glance but needs deep cleaning. Couch and loveseat are dirty and stained. I bought some cheap blankets at Walmart to cover seats and back of couches to cover them before I was comfortable to sit on them. Management company was great to help us in any way.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: (6) adults would never work in this unit-bunk beds in the hall seriously? There isn't enough seating for (6) to even have a meal together. The entire living area should be replaced, burn holes in curtains, filthy couches, pillows, and rug, pitted tiles in kitchen-a makeover is truly needed in this unit, toilet running all night long. Decor is fine but the bones not so much. Luckily pool area and beach access were the stars of this rental.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was good ! But if I had know there were going to be workers above my unit and below my unit and I’m sure many otheres I would not have rented it . From 8 until 5 they were working hammering . Sawing and redoing some of the units . I’m 71 and unable to walk much on beach so sitting on balcony is always my love of ocean . This time was not good if I went inside or tried to lie down I couldn’t because of the noise and hammering . I’m sure when you rent these units you can find out what maintenance is scheduled there’s a guy on grounds and you has a rental place should have known that before you rented to someone . I’m sure if it was yourself on a vacation you would not have been pleased with all the noise . I have rented from windancer over the years and have noticed these things happening a lot . When you pay high prices for a condo you shouldn’t have to leave it to get away from the workers .

AMAZING

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have a great time at this location. We have stayed at many locations across the gulf but this was definitely one of our favorites. Somethings worth mentioning include the amazing beach service attendant. He was so great with all of the guests and made sure to try to accommodate your needs. I recommend checking in with him as soon as you arrive so that you can get your chairs for the week. He will reserve your spot until 11am where the chairs become first come first serve. We also loved how close we were to everything. Food, shopping, an arcade- all of those things were close by. The house was stocked well with necessities but the kitchen could use an update. The plate and bowls are so small. I recommend buying plastic plates (bowls if you eat cereal and stuff). The frying pans are also in need of replacing. Finally, if nothing else the customer service is impeccable. I had to make some changes to our payment on file and the woman who helped me the entire time doesn't nearly get paid enough to manage these properties. She was amazing!We would definitely book this condo again.

Relaxing vacation!

I loved the location! We came on Spring Break and this particular area of the beach and pool were not overly crowded! We also had an incident where the battery went dead on the key pad. They worked as quickly as possible to fix this issue and get us back into the condo. They also included two beach chairs with the beach service which made it so much easier than having to pack our own!
