Everything was pretty well in order the last couple of days the pool was cold, but the weather was cold outside, so the pool wouldn’t heat up properly

House was clean. It could use a little TLC. There were non-functioning outlets, the exhaust fans in the bathroom did not work. Worked great for our two dogs, just needed to be mowed because the backyard grass was extremely high, not good for small dogs.Pool and outdoor area was nice. WiFi was excellent. Allowed me to work during the week.

Birthday celebration with Family

We were so impressed with the furnishings, the room sizes, the beds were so comfy, cleanliness. The manager took care of any hiccups we encountered immediately. We would definitely use VRVO again.

This house was perfect for us as it offered a separate sitting area for the teens to sit and play their video games. There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't on the property. I have rented houses in the past where there were places in the house that were off limits. but not this house. When you book this house, you get the whole house.

Larger than expected but room to improve

Very nice at first glance, but needs some attention to cleaning. Rugs need washing, some dirt marks near door handles, coffee table was dirty, air return vents were extremely dusty. Fans in bathrooms didn’t work, some burned out light bulbs. Only one hand towel in each bathroom and one in the kitchen. The mattress pads were plastic which made for uncomfortable sleeping. For the price, they need to invest in the property a bit more and it could be lovely.

Great House!

Just as advertised, very clean! Pool was the perfect temperature too! Location was pretty central to what we were there for so it worked great for us. Well stocked kitchen with utensils and equipment if you plan to cook. .A couple things the property manager might put in the stay info: the pool guy comes every Tuesday. He’s super friendly but he just walks right in to the backyard so if you plan on any naked sunbathing I wouldn’t recommend Tuesdays! Also, the trash pickup from what I could tell is on Wednesday. I think we put our bin out in time but if we had known we would have put it out Tuesday night.

Welcoming pet-friendly retreat

My partner and I had the good fortune to spend two weeks at this property in February - a great retreat from Canadian snow! The property itself is lovely - it is well laid out with more than enough room for people to have their own space. It was an extra treat to have good TV's in virtually every room and outside on the lanai by the pool. We spent a lot of our time relaxing by the pool - often with music playing from the TV. We also appreciated having a back yard where our dog could wander. The kitchen is is well suited to entertaining - which we did a few times during our visit. It is well stocked with dishes, equipment and utensils. When we arrived, we found that the toaster oven wasn't working but the property manager, Dwayne, arrived with a brand new one the very next morning! He also, very helpfully, arrived with a new propane tank for the BBQ - which we used often while enjoying the lanai and pool. The washer and dryer are both large and in good working condition - which is always a great plus when staying for a long trip. The beds were very comfortable and there were lots of towels and extra linens available if needed. The house is in a residential area, within walking distance of a Starbucks, a liquor store and a basic grocery store. It was good neighbourhood for our morning walks with our dog. However, be aware if want to a restaurant or bar, you will have to walk along the very busy Del Prado Boulevard. Typically, when going out we walked or Ubered instead. But there are a lot of places to visit just a short drive away. Finally, the thing that really made me give this place a 5+ star review, was the responsiveness of the property manager. We had a few small issues on the property during our stay and he was there to deal with them immediate. Even before we arrived, when we asked whether or not there was a pool heater, he took steps to have one installed just before our arrival. Truly that is going above and beyond! Thank you!
