The condo was the perfect place for our small traveling family. The condo had comfy beds and we were able to rest well after a long day of adventures. The condo is located close to many of the crystal mining locations. Also if you don’t mind a walking up a few hills you enjoy walking down to the lake shore.

This condo fit the needs of our family of 4 perfectly! Our kids loved the bunk room with movies and even some toys! I loved that it had 2 baths and was well equipped for our needs. Next time we'll bring pickleball paddles for even more fun!

We loved our time at ASC Escapes. The condo was well appointed, had all the things we would need to cook, grill, and just chill. The place was very cozy, the decor was really unique, it was a seaside vibe with shells, heart shaped rocks throughout, and just a happy lake side feel. The owners presence was felt, you could see the pride that they took in creating this inviting space. We will definitely stay again.

What every VRBO should be.

Beautiful condo a short walk from the lake, we saw deer every night, quiet and peaceful. This VRBO is a family’s property, without the impersonal corporate owned feeling that ruins VRBOs for me (and ruin property values for tourist areas for regular buyers. Truly a great experience.

Nice smaller condo with great stocked items. Parking is a challenge but condo is worth the money. We took boat trailer which had to be parked up the road so luckily we had a second vehicle to use. Lots of dear walking by and a nice family resort area.

Peaceful gem!

We enjoyed our visit in this peaceful space surrounded by beauty. We were there during some cold and rainy weather so a lot of our outdoor and mining plans were altered- but this was a lovely place to relax and just chill.

Perfect condo in nature

This property is amazing. The deer come right up under the balcony. The condo was very clean. Everything was just perfect for our family. It was a nice touch to have dvds and board games in the kids room. The property the condo is on has a beach we found when exploring and some neat hiking trails. The pools was closed for winter but the tennis courts were in full swing as the weather was perfect. It was close enough for a day trip into Hot Springs and a day trip to do some crystal mining. It was perfect for our family getaway!

Nice condo

The owner of the property clearly loves their home by all of the personal touches and decor. The space worked well for me and my 2 children and the beds were comfortable. The only problem we ran into was the lack of all toiletries, which the listing said were included when we booked. The listing has now been updated since our stay. Please know to bring your own soap, shampoo/conditioner and laundry detergent.

Nice Space, Difficulty with Communication via app

The condo was very nice and had a good vibe. It was clean, had a fridge, dishes to use, towels and linens and wifi, as well as tvs. We loved the big comfy chairs in the condo. We love Mountain Harbor and tried a condo for the first time, so we enjoyed being on property, using the pools, eating at the lodge, and seeing the animals on property while at the resort. The price for the condo was appropriate for the time we spent there. The only thing I did not like was the inability to contact the property manager, despite multiple attempts on the app via the messenger. Also, there was a discrepency between the check out time on the app/check out directions in the guidelines vs the check out directions in the condo itself. The app guidelines said 10am but the binder in the condo and the door in the condo said 11am. When I tried to clarify, I could not get a hold of the manager. Otherwise, everything went smoothly. We enjoyed it.
