Pleasantly surprised

We did not have the experience that others did.The house was clean. It is older, there were a few carpet stains and you do have to go outside to access the Casita.The kitchen was well equipped there were paper products. The beds were comfortable and the layout was good everyone gets their own space.We were there Super Bowl weekend and found it to be a great value. Would recommend and would stay again.

The inside of the home was as described in the listing and had plenty of space for our group. Great location in quiet neighborhood. Bare minimum of items needed in home, no trash bags and no blow dryer provided. Was unable to contact anyone with questions. Phone number listed was never answered and voice-mail was full, texts and emails were never responded to. Ceiling fan in living room would not turn off and temperature in the house would not heat above 68 degrees. Casita is very small and does not have a bathroom. You have to go outside the front of the home to enter main house. I do not recommend putting children in the Casita for safety reasons. Will not rent from a company again, prefer private owners as they are much more responsive.

I booked the house for my sons birthday. We have family in the area so wanted to have a main meeting place. We got to the house to find the house was a mess. It had not been cleaned from the previous rental. I called right away and spoke with a someone at Evolve. After a few back and forth back conversations she was able to get a hold of the owner. They sent out a cleaning crew to clean and was the linens. Unfortunately the cleaning crew was not the normal so they had no access to the clean linens or anything. We had to wait for the to wash all the bedding and towels. We made other plans to be out of the house. When we came back at 10:30 pm they were just finishing up. They did a good job getting the house in the best order they could. He noticed that we had no toilet paper or paper towels so he went to the store and pick that up for us. The internet also did not work at all. I called, text and email my local contact person. Which I got the email with that information and two hours after check in and was already dealing with the dirty house issue. It was the next day that we found the internet to not be working. When there is no internet there is no TVs working in the house. We had planned to bbq and watch the football games. Because of the TVs not working we had to make other plans. Or plans for the weekend to spend time together at the house didn’t work out as planned. Also the way the four bedroom “ Casitas” is set up it really not the best set up. There is no entry to the room from the house. You have to exit the front door to enter the casitas room. Which all the doors automatic lock. Which I like the safety but when you are sleeping in the casitas and have to use the restroom you have to use the code to get in the main house and back to unlock the casitas door. It’s also set up for a kids room which I would never have not kids out there. I have adult children and was leery of having them stay in that room. Evolve team has reimbursed me for half the cleaning fee, $120 for dinner credit and one night. Overall the house is in a good area.

Great place to stay with an incredible view.

The home was very clean, accomodating and close to Laughlin. We loved our stay. We would stay here again when we're back out there to visit family!
