Convenient central location, quiet neighborhood, something for ages

Although it was just my husband I, the house had something for all age ranges. Great setup and amenities indoors and out. Very clean and comfortable. Our only suggestion to management was that the water heater be adjusted as the showers and faucets were lukewarm. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Great family vacation rental

This rental home had everything we needed for our family vacation. Fabulous kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Beds are high quality and so very comfortable - no sagging mattresses here!! Linens provided were clean and soft with plenty to go around. And the outdoor kitchen, backyard and pool are where we spent most of our time. Nice quiet neighborhood but also so close to all of the sightseeing. The Bella Palazzo team were attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. We definitely recommend this rental!

Fun in the sun

We had a wonderful stay at the Champion Oasis House!The location was perfect for us, easy access to I17 and 101, gym and grocery stores nearby.The neighborhood was very quiet and safe!The house was very clean and the inside kitchen well appointed, outside covered BBQ area was awesome.Master bed and bath very nice, I slept like a baby with the sound of the pool waterfall flowing.The pool was a little chilly when we arrived but Margie responded to my inquiry immediately with a solution, the pool warmed and was 85 deg when we left. The house was perfect for us, thanks for the wonderful memories, back to grey and rainy Washington State :(

Ok - not what I expected for the price

Appliances were very cheap. Tried contacting about the pool and they never got back to me when they said they’d call and let me know. The neighbor has a very bright motion sensor light that weirdly points towards the main room of the house. The master bath shower has a temp limited to 100 degrees which is luke warm at best. All towels were scratchy and rough like a cheap hotel and small. There were no bath towels for adults. Games galore? Nope. A pool table and corn hole was all there was. Master bathtub was very nice. Cleanliness of the house was impeccable.

COLD POOL

Nice house,but pool was too cold to have fun using even though I asked to have it heated. I asked ahead of time what kind of coffee maker was there; told it used pods, brought pods only to find a drip coffee maker, had to go and buy good coffee when I shouldn't have needed to. A small thing, but annoying. Found glass and plate that were chipped. Dishwasher wouldn't work because it wanted rinse agent; I couldn't find any, so clean up crew will have lots of dishes to do. Beds in guest rooms were pretty hard making sleep difficult for my grand-daughters. The pool was the major attraction for us and we really didn't get to use it to the fullest. Will not get repeat business from us.

The house was exactly as listed. We used the grill and the kitchen. Host was always in communication. It was very easy to check in. We would love to stay here again.
