Feel at ease in this timeless mid-century home with modern amenities but a historic personality. Perfectly located as a home base for all that Phoenix has to offer. There is so much to do within walking distance. The home is also perfect to stay in and relax away from it all. The pool is ready for you all year long (*additional charge for heating). The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal. All bedrooms and both living spaces have TV's and the internet is blazingly fast.

Good location - walkable to restaurants and good coffee places and a huge park. Layout of home is great! Loved the linens / beds / mattresses, plenty of towels. Needed to ask host a question and his communication was super fast and helpful. I'd definitely stay again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We were in town for our son’s college graduation and this was the perfect hub. Beautiful house. Incredibly cute neighborhood. Great location. I would highly recommend this property!

Its an older home - so maybe not resort perfect, but we loved it!!The kitchen is very well equipped. Furnishing are comfy. Memory foam beds especially!Lots of room for everyone in our group. The pool was great (definitely do not need heated water in the summer!) Quiet street considering where its at. The neighborhood is centrally located and its easy to get to downtown and the highway. Would stay again!

This property was amazing- spacious, well-appointed, clean, and super comfortable. All bedrooms and two living areas had TV’s. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee, creamers, tea , as well as paper goods and cleaners. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The pool and nicely landscaped backyard were the icing on the cake.

The pool was heated to a very acceptable level to us, very pleasant indeed.The property has everything that you will need tbh , with plenty of supplies , with nothing missing at all!We were very sorry to have to leave such a perfect VRBO rental, we will be back next time we visit Phoenix.Just PERFECT.

This is a phenomenal residence! Absolutely 5 star accommodations. Host Sean was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. I travel a lot and stay in hotels and private residences and this has to be in my top 10. Definitely looking to rebook when I come back to Phoenix.

Property was one of the nicer we have stayed in anywhere. Located in a historic neighborhood and very quiet. Located 3 easy blocks from St. JOSEPH HOSPITAL. Price was a bit spendy, but there was MLB Spring Training and Spring Break going on. Has a nice pool that is advertised as heated, but fails to mention if you want hot water that is an additional 50 per day. Host was quick to facilitate heating the pool once it was requested and paid. Very well equipped home that we were comfortable staying in.
