The Pearl Cozy Beach House - 4 Season Vacation Destination

Come out and enjoy this 4-Season Vacation Destination! This spacious 4-bedrooms, three full bathrooms home is a perfect vacation getaway for families. A Fully Equipped Kitchen allows for indoor cooking, or you can fire up the BBQ for some outdoor cooking, and enjoy s’mores over the backyard fire pit. Just less than 1 minute walking you will enjoy the length within Sandy Shores of Wasaga Beach- the longest freshwater beach in the world. It is conveniently located with a short drive to the Blue Mountain Village, as well. Enjoy this homely and modern house on the water, which features an outdoor wood firepit, spacious gardens, plus a furnished back patio with fantastic views, free WIFI, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and many other amenities to make your stay comfortable, and enjoyable!
The space:
There are two bedrooms with Queen beds; one bedroom with one Bunked bed (sleeps three), and one bedroom with two double beds, two family rooms: one upstairs and one downstairs loaded with 55" and 65" Smart TVs, and two pull-out couches for extra sleeping space. Also, there are three full bathrooms, a Jet jacuzzi tub, a laundry room, and a large fully-loaded kitchen with granite countertops. There is parking available. We wish you a peaceful and amazing vacation time!

Excellent séjour

Nous étions deux familles et nous avons passé de belles vacances dans la maison d'Alex. Nous avions assez d'espace pour tous. La plage est à 5 minutes de marche. Nous avons apprécié les espaces extérieurs ?bbq, tables et chaises, divan, ect.)

Excellent family vacation location

This property had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. In just a quick 2 minute walk we were putting up our umbrellas and hitting the water. The beach is perfect for kids of all ages. We were also able to enjoy a campfire in the backyard fire pit. Wood was readily available. The owner was accessible and helpful to us upon arrival.

Great proximity to Beach

We were very pleased with everything, particularly the proximity to the beach and the generous space. Very appreciative that so much was provided including cookware, cleaning supplies, and even a wide range of spices. An opulent tray of European pastries greeted us on our first day. Thank you!

Great vacation

The location and property was excellent. The host was very attentive to our needs and wanted to make sure that our vacation went well. We also received a surprise treat from the host thanking us for staying at his property - a very nice gesture.

Fun days at Wasaga Beach

The propoert was overall as described online and was very clean and had all the supplies we needed. /we lover the porch area for all our meals and loved the set up. It was so great to be so close to the beach without a lot of people because of the privacy Close to everything Alex and his family were very responsive and helpful My grandchildren , daughter and her husband really enjoyed their stay. I would defiinitely recommend it to others

Best family vacation ever!

We spent a week with our adult children, and our 5 grandchildren in this lovely home. The house was perfect for us, the beach was wonderful, Alex was a great host and his wife left us the most beautiful tray of baked sweets that I have ever seen. The beds were amazingly comfortable and everything we needed was supplied. We would love to come back again.

Family Getaway

It was a wonderful getaway for my family and I. It was a chance for my nieces, nephews and mother to spend time with each other for longer then an afternoon. We had ‘movie nights,’ ‘beach time,’ and chances to just walk together. Pearl getaway provided us with common areas to be together and spaces to be a part, if needed. The back deck and seats in the front were chances to breath and to take in the air and a quick walk to the beach. Alex was responsive to any questions we had and the house had everything needed including a coffee machine for espresso and fully equipped kitchen, when cooking was necessary. Thank you Alex, would love to visit again.

Above and beyond!

We typically do either a lake or beach house for a week each summer and we thought, hey, why not Canada! What an amazing time we had. This is our 12th VRBO rental and it was hands down, by far, the BEST one to date. First off, Alex was amazing. He answered all of my questions, leading up to our visit, in a timely and friendly manner. The check in process was an absolute breeze and the house had everything we needed and then some. Five of our six children were able to join us, ranging in ages from 11 to 26) and no one shared a bed (except for my wife and I) and there was still room for our daughter who couldn’t make the trip. We spent time walking the beach, building puzzles, playing board games and other family fun stuff. The “kids” are roller coaster junkies so when they heard Canada’s Wonderland was only a little over an hour away, that was a must do - they weren’t disappointed! If you are looking for an awesome rental, with quick access to an amazing beach, great owners, fair price, look no further!!! If we end up visiting our family in Canada again, we will be renting the Cozy Pearl once more.

Fantastic family beach vacation

Alex and his family were exceptionally hosts and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was an exceptional experience. The house it self is clean an inviting. This is a great base to enjoy all this area has to offer and only a few minutes to beach 4 at wasaga where we spent most of our days. Great beach for family’s with little ones. The water is clear and shallow for almost 500 meters. The kids all met friends at the beach. We will return again next summer.
