Starboard Village 622 is a lovely two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath condo that sits directly on Pensacola Beach. When you enter this beautiful condo, you’ll notice the tile flooring, gulf views, fireplace (for show only, not operational), and flat-screen TV in the living room. The glass sliders open out to the beachfront balcony! The kitchen is open to the living room and is light and bright. Starboard Village is a low-rise beach front complex situated on the dune line of the Gulf of Mexico in Pensacola Beach and has only 33 individual units. The ground floor has a one or two car garage. There is a community pool and sundeck centrally located on the property near the gulf. Enjoy the paved bike trails, hop on the seasonal beach trolley or the Pensacola Ferry System to explore. Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.
