Approximately 850 sq ft, this apartment has everything you need to feel at home. Kitchen is fully equipped, bright dining area and living room. French doors open to your private pool side terrace. Sofa and love seat in living room . Plus large master bedroom with one king size bed.
Decorated with Mexican hardwood, rustic ceramic tiles....ceiling fans throughout.
2 air conditioning units , 55” Smart TV with Premium Mexican cable , includes International stations (American and Canadian stations ) , great wifi....Rental includes once/week maid service .
Heated outdoor pool in common area.
We are a 3 min walk to the beach, 3 min walk to a fantastic grocery store, easy access to restaurants, one block to bus stop.10 mins to Centro (downtown and Malecon area) by bus... Taxi stand across the street …Small quaint gated complex with only 16 apartments total. A super location!
Puerto Vallarta is a charming Mexican coastal city. The people are extremely friendly.... music, food, culture...all are amazing. If you enjoy the beach, quiet times, adventure, art galleries, night life, walking the sea wall (Malecon), great restaurants, ....scenic Sierra Madre mountains....Vallarta has something for everyone !

Note $60 US/night rate is a base rate. Nightly rates fluctuate low season from $60 US/night and high season (up to $160 US/night). Rates are noted in the calendar. Pricing is for 2 guests only . Additional guest fee applies for more than 2 guests. The apartment is best suited for a couple , as there is one king bed . We can also accommodate a couple, with 2 young children. There is one king bed in the bedroom, and a sofa that sleeps one child in living room ( it is not a sofa bed, and is adequate for a small child ). An airbed can also be provided if you are travelling with a small child. The condo is pet free/ smoke free.

Please note : Stays of 3 weeks or longer during May to October will have a refundable electricity deposited due on arrival ( May through October , $2000 pesos / refundable deposit / based on electrical consumption ) .Also to note pool is heated November through mid April . Other months the pool heating is not necessary .
