Everything was great, the only thing was the listing said it had an umbrella but it didn’t. The beach supplies could use an update. Other than that the house was great. Quiet neighborhood and could walk to the beach.

Beautiful and Clean Vacation House

My entire family absolutely had a wonderful time at Casa Aquabella this last April. The pool was so beautiful and we all enjoyed it so much! It's a wonderful location as you can walk anywhere you may need to go! We had enough closet space, seating and the beds were good too. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This is a beautiful, well appointed property in a lovely neighborhood. It is located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops in Lauderdale by the Sea. The owners were easy to work with and any questions received a quick response. We had a marvelous week there.

Just the best family vacation ever. Our family rents a house every year at Christmas and this was the best year ever. Perfect weather! Perfect location! Perfect pool and hot tube!

Great family getaway

Amazing house, great service, and an incredible location. We stayed there for about a week and loved every minute of it. The beach is less than a 10 min walk away and very accessible. The house was clean and had everything you needed.

We spent two weeks as a family with small children at Casa Aquabella and can't sat enough good things about our stay! The location of the property, the home itself and the property manager were all top notch! We're looking forward to our stay again next year!

Perfect!

We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday and stayed for a week with a family of 8 between the ages of 15 to 64. The customer service and hospitality was top tier. They went the extra mile and placed a few balloons inside the home before we arrived and even sent a replacement blender the same day when we let them know the one there wasn't working. I appreciated the texts throughout the week to make sure everything was good. I have nothing but good things to say about the property, customer service and the location of the house. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We recently stayed at Casa Aquabella over the Thanksgiving holiday. The home was beautiful, and we absolutely loved the location - a very quick walk to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and the beach right outside Aruba and Anglin' Al's. We also found a great new coffee shop called Crema that was very close by!The master suite and another bedroom with private bathroom are all on the main floor, but separated by the living room, so very private and easy access for getting your luggage in and out! The living room is huge, has a really nice leather sectional couch with two built in recliners. There's a seating area by the main entry as well. The kitchen is also very nicely appointed - just a note in case you can't tell from the photos, there are not double ovens - it's one oven and a microwave above.For the upstairs, there's a really nice area for an office. My husband used this everyday and set up is computer at the desk and worked easily here while being away from everyone else. There are two bedrooms upstairs that share a "jack and jill" bathroom and then another bedroom that doesn't have it's own bathroom, so that guest had to share other bathrooms, which was a little bit difficult at times but not too bad.The dining room is really big, it was so nice to have a large table for our Thanksgiving meal! The TV in the dining room and kitchen is awesome and huge too!The pool area is a little bit on the smaller side but still very nice! We loved our time here! Thank you!

We stayed for a week with family and friends and everything was perfect! We couldn’t find anything to complain on and the house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Very nice and clean when we arrived. Can totally recommend this to anyone looking for a house in a nice and quiet neighborhood close to the beach and town. Great service and information before arrival and departure.

Family Spring Break

The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach and to all the local restaurants. I absolutely love the area. First time we rented a place on the Atlantic side. My only complaint is they try to upsell you once you rent the place. You pay that kind of fee for a weeks rental, I think they can take care of the heated pool.

We've rented many vacation homes & this was by far the best ever. Beautiful home, modern, spacious, well appointed, in a perfect location with beach, restaurant & Las Olas access. The pool & spa were great. The By The Sea Vacation Villas team was very proactive to ensure that our expectations were exceeded & were very responsive when we had issues with the spa. Gorgeous home and great location

We had the best time staying at Casa Aquabella! The house is stunning inside and out, clean, nicely decorated and the location is perfect in a nice neighborhood. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and center area with all of the restaurants and shops. The furniture and beds were comfortable and it truly made us feel at home for the week we stayed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an extravagant stay in LBS, no need to look anywhere further. Already looking forward to our next stay! -Jay, Stephanie & Hank

5 Stars Amazing

What a beautiful home Everything is there that you need it's beautifully decorated and pristine condition. If I had one little comment it would be that upstairs only has 1 bathroom between 3 bedrooms but it still wouldn't put me off staying there again it's amazing. The location is brilliant as well. By far the best place I have ever stayed in in Lauderdale by the sea Hopefully will stay again soon

Amazing Fort Lauderdale Home

Incredible luxury vacation home. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers and this was the perfect home for a family vacation. Enough beds for each teenager and space to hang out in. The pool area was so comfortable with a great bbq, some water toys and a shaded area for relaxing. The inside was also spectacular. Clean, spotless, incredibly functional kitchen with everything needed to cook. The beds were so comfortable and we definitely didn’t want to leave. The management running maintained great communication and checked in with us frequently to ensure our stay was perfect. Very close to the beach and restaurants, the location was perfect. Only reco is to have some hooks installed in the bathrooms so there is a spot to hang up towels. I would recommend this home to anyone!!!

Absolutely Wonderful Experience the Whole Way Through!

This was the best stay from the House and Furnishings to the Ammenities, Setup of the House and Hosts!! I can't say enough about this. We will definitey come back. Location, Location, Location!! Absolutely the BEST!! More about the hosts! The hosts stayed in contact the whole time and constantly asked how they could make our stay better. We didn't need much but nice to know they were always there. They had an instruction book on how to work everything! Our experience was absolutely perfect and we will be back! P.S. Sorry about the delay in the review - we have been traveling!

I can't say enough great things about this property! The property was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed to feel at home and enjoy our vacation stay! The management service was very responsive and informative when needed. The location is perfect! We were able to walk to restaurants, shops or an ice cream in the downtown area, walk to Publix for groceries or fill up the cart and walk to spend the day at the beach! We really did not need to drive our car once we arrived at Casa Aquabella! The pool/hot tub was a highlight for our stay! The management company contacted me when they found my jewelry box after I left and arranged my shipping preference for the safe return! What a high-class home and management operation! Thank you!

Florida Girls 🌴

We have 8 ladies that have been to traveling together to Florida for over 20 years. We've stayed all over the state. This was our favorite house by far!! It had everything we needed. We did a lot of cooking and all of the comforts of home were available. This house was clean and updated with all of the newest appliances. The house stayed cool enough and it was very warm while we were there. Upper 80's for the most part. We paid to have the pool and hot tub heated for the week and it was well worth it...(We're old and preferred the water warmer). If I had to come up with anything negative to say it would be that it was a little bit of a walk to get to the beach. BUT there were free golf cart rides available! I highly recommend staying here. It really is a lovely home. Will be back again for sure!
