This entire home in Summer Haven offers a relaxed and comfortable setting for families or groups traveling together. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the layout supports shared time as well as quiet moments to yourself. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the home comfortable year-round, while thoughtful details throughout the space make longer stays easy and convenient.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen provides a functional space where you can prepare meals during your stay, paired with a dining table that brings everyone together. Whether you are planning a full family dinner or enjoying a simple breakfast before heading out, the setup supports both everyday routines and special occasions. A dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker are available to support home-style meals without complication.

Living Areas and Work Space
Inside, the living area is designed for connection and downtime, with comfortable seating and an HDTV for movie nights or relaxed evenings in. WiFi is available throughout the home, along with a dedicated workspace that allows you to stay connected if work follows you to the coast. A washer and dryer are also included, making extended stays more manageable.

Located on the east side of A1A, the home sits just a short walk from the beach and about 20 minutes south of historic St. Augustine. The peaceful Summer Haven area offers easy access to nearby attractions such as Marineland, Fort Matanzas National Monument, and the Matanzas Inlet, known for fishing and scenic views. You can explore local history and coastal landmarks, then return to a quieter stretch of shoreline at the end of the day.

Convenience and Access
Self check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth arrival, and free driveway parking for two vehicles is available on the property. A private entrance adds an extra layer of ease, letting you settle in and enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive.
