Perfect Beach house for our 3 generations. The pool, hot tub and pool table are great additions to being right on the beach. Our second stay in 2 years - likely we'll be 3 for 3.

Home blew us away! Perfect laid back beach vibe. Hot tub and pool amazing features! Views of beach and ocean incredible. Immaculately clean, organized. We were there for my sons wedding in charleston, there was fluctuating family members staying, going, visiting… even the bride and groom stayed! With their golden retriever harper for a night! Truly the best home weve ever had the pleasure of staying in! Sarah, the home contact oerson was amazing! Easy to reach and so friendly, truly a pleasure!!!

Amazing location for beach views and access

Hard to beat the location and views on the beach. Great spot if you want walk out access to a lightly used beach and quick access to downtown restaurants.

Spacious layout of home for the kids and grandkids to enjoy themselves. Beach, pool, and hot tub kept them very active. House has all the necessary amenities. Son lives on Johns island and he recommended Sullivans island

This is a perfect location and layout for a beach vacation. Right on the beach, well stocked with all the basic needs, wonderful great room for all to gather, plenty of porches and screened in porches (2 levels) yet plenty o rooms for needed privacy.

Thanksgiving by the sea

This is a prefect house for families. Plenty of seating inside and out. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Ability to shut off beach access and pool. Great position and views. We loved it!

Terrific Location on the BEACH

This house is located on a gorgeous stretch of beach. If you want waves and views, you can not do better. Many bedrooms, lovely linens, well stocked kitchen. Great for a group!

Best of the beach

We’ve stayed at this house twice and think the layout and location can’t be beat. The pool and hot tub are nice additions. While the house is a bit older, it’s well maintained.

We had an amazing time at the Ick! The house has tons of deck and interior space to accommodate any wish or need. The location is perfect to take advantage of the gorgeous beach and downtown while still a quick hop into Charleston. Would definitely come back again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This spacious beach front home is sitting on one of the most beautiful lots we have seen. Beautiful ocean views from many rooms. Our family of ten had plenty of room. The decks, gas grill and ice machine were great amenities.

Great beach stay

House was big, clean, and just as pictured. Well stocked and had everything you would need for a great beach vacation. Location is perfect for spending time at the beach, you can just wake up and walk right out to the beach, and don’t have to worry about dragging anything with you. Also close to all the restaurants of Sullivan’s Island, IOP and not far from Mt Pleasant either. Mgmt and checkin process was super easy as well. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been staying at this home since 2020. We love that it is right on the beach and dog friendly! We love watching all of the dogs run around in the morning and taking our furry friends out to frolic with the other pups.

Great Vacation

Location and beach view was magnificent. The property accommodated our large family including our dogs. Couldn’t ask for a better beach access! Although the house could use some serious love, it is a beach house and we appreciate its age. We had the pleasure of meeting Jeff. Everyone who stays there should have that pleasure. Overall, wonderful time and sweet memories.

Sullivan's Island beach vacation

Excellent location, right on the beach. It's nice to have the backyard pool and hot tub on windy afternoons. The house was comfortable, clean and full of light. The full-sized pool table provided evening entertainment. The kitchen is in need of a remodel - broken cabinet hinges, cracked countertop, etc.
