What a lovely villa! Perfect location by the pool as well as a very short walk to the beach. Alder’s Lane Beach is just down the street and is a beautiful dog-friendly beach. Near restaurants and everything you’d need. The bikes were a great addition as well, although we didn’t get to use them due to rain. We especially loved the beautiful screened porch overlooking the pool and beautiful surroundings. Will definitely stay here next time!

Nice location, first time visiting HHI
The proximity to public beach is a short bike ride as well as a visit to Sea Pines. Condominium complex is dated, but amenities are nice. Loved the bikes. Only down fall was that the pool is right outside screen porch, so it was a little noisy.

Great Family trip
Looked for an apartment close to the beach, but still far enough inland to enjoy the peace. This place has it all. Perfect for a family of 4 or a trip with friends.

Great Location
We had a great time!! The property was as listed, the kitchen was well stocked and it was nice having all the starter items available on arrival. We loved having the bikes available for our use all week to get around the island and to the beach every day. We would definitely stay again!!

First, let me say this villa was very clean and organized and very comfortable. The unit supplied a beach wagon chairs, and cooler. The free bikes were a plus we all enjoyed them. The beds were comfortable. this unit made me feel like I was home. Would highly recommend.. Sullivan family..

Absolutely amazing!
What a perfect place to stay. The unit has every amenity possible. The patio is so relaxing to sit on and hear the water flowing and birds singing. Clean and very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Getaway to HHI
The property was very clean and convenient to all that we wanted to do. The 2 bedroom 2 bath is just the right size for a small family orsmall group. We did not bring our dog this time but loved the fact it is pet friendly. Property has all the beach supplies you need except towels and personal items. Bikes were free and lots of fun. We would definitely sray again when in the area.

Weekend End of Summer Trip
My husband and I booked this condo for an end of summer getaway. Property was in a great location and was perfect for our trip. 5-minute easy bike ride to the beach and just a few steps to the pool. Condo was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed cooking and beach. Updated decor and clean. We’ll be back for sure.

This was our 2nd time staying at this rental, and not our last. It’s a great apartment. Close to the beach, shops restaurants. Can’t beat it. Super clean, quiet, everything we are looking for in a rental place. Room for 6 if you want to come with family and friends, or just for 2.5star place for us.

Very clean, pet-friendly condo
The condo was very clean and has a well-stocked kitchen with respect to utensils, cups, pans, etc. The screened-in porch has a lovely view of the pool. The floors are a bit uneven as mentioned in other posts, but not enough to be bothersome. We appreciated having a washer/dryer and that bikes were included in our stay. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach, but a great central location for exploring HHI.

Property was nice. The floor seems to sagging down in some places, especially master bedroom. The lighting is very dull, especially in kitchen and dining area. Everything else is nice.
