Nice quite neighborhood/

The kids loved the pool & house. , just a few hiccups ,,, the one downstairs bedroom had a mildew smell. ( maybe it wss the linen ?) ,, the dryer and microwave worked 1/2 of the time ,some of the dinning room chairs need upgraded ( faux leather was peeling ). Overall. I would stay here again Because of the pricing & location Also ( a few spiders & bugs. Maybe exterminate before every rental )

Drip dry and unwanted guests!

Check in was easy, communications with the property manager was great. Space was good for our group. Now to the real deal. Waking up to unwanted guests in the morning on the counters and in the dishwasher was not what I bargained for. And that was AFTER I killed their relatives the night before. Second being told to move your vehicles or they will get towed within the first 30 minutes of your arrival as you are literally unloading the car did not make a great first Impression. Third, if you love to DRIP DRY after your shower then this is the place for you. Not sure how they do the math but 7 towels will simply NOT accommodate a party of 15. Oh by the way 1986 is calling and they want their paint decor back, neutral colors would do wonders. Not to mention the dining area “pleather” furniture that was literally peeling off. And what VRBO does not have a spatula in their inventory? Basically this place was not represented well in their VRBO listing and needs an over haul. Beware!
