The space

Purposefully designed for short-stay travellers, we have personally selected only the best locally-sourced products to ensure your stay is unforgettable.

Our studio has two bedrooms, each with king size beds and MicroCloud bedding, for the perfect night’s rest.

There are also two bathrooms, with a luxurious bath in the master ensuites, complete with bubble bath, locally-made lush truffle bath bombs and oil-infused body care products by Leif for the ultimate in relaxation and self-care.

Each studio has been designed to accommodate two couples or a family, or for a memorable group holiday, secure both studios as a base to explore this world-class region.

Note: We are currently not hosting Leavers at this time.
Guest access
We have two studios on the property each with its own private entry and courtyard. Guests have exclusive access to their studio.
Other things to note:

◦ The property is equipped with Minut noise monitoring device.

◦ HAMPERS
We will organise locally made gourmet hampers and platters, including vegan and vegetarian options on request.

◦ MASSAGE
For convenience, privacy, and relaxation, guests can request an in-house massage.

◦ YOGA INSTRUCTOR
If you are interested in having a yoga instructor teach private classes at the house please contact us for referrals.

◦ DINING
If you plan to have dinner at Yarri Restaurant + Bar, we strongly recommend making an advance reservation.

◦ WEDDINGS & SPECIAL EVENTS
If you're interested in having a wedding or special event please let us know. There are additional fees.

◦ PHOTOSHOOTS

COVID Policy:
1. Our Standard Cancellation Policy Applies.
2. Western Australian Lockdown occurs for dates booked: A Full Refund is given or if appropriate future dates can be found the booking will be moved.
3. International and Interstate lockdowns: unfortunately no refunds can be issued and the standard cancellation policy applies.
4. Guest is required to comply with all Government vaccination or testing requirements.
