Espectaculares vistas al mar desde casi todas las ventanas en esta encantadora casa de Maushop Village. Aire acondicionado, andar descalzo a la playa privada en solo segundos. Unidad final escondida en una calle privada sin salida justo en frente del océano. Todo lo que necesitarías y más. Dos patios de ladrillo, ambos con impresionantes vistas al mar. Parrilla de gas, muebles de patio y sombrilla; Internet de alta velocidad y WIFI, TV LCD. Cocina completa con estufa de gas, lavaplatos, horno de microondas, refrigerador. Tiene capacidad para 4 personas con cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio, futón de tamaño completo y sofá cama tamaño queen.

Descalzo caminar en cuestión de segundos a la playa privada de arena del océano. A un corto paseo del Popponesset Marketplace, hogar del famoso Raw Bar con sus increíbles rollos de langosta, conciertos de fin de semana gratis, tiendas, mini golf, tienda general y tiendas de ropa. Camina hasta el Popponesset Inn para cenar frente al mar.

Secluded seaside getaway

It rained all weekend but with the cozy, well appointed cottage, and the thoughtful owner who generously left us the essentials (coffee, cream, and water), we enjoyed the weekend immensely. We would definitely stay here again!

A vacation to remember

Charming beach house and a great location

Perfect for two and just as pictured, loved the proximity to the beach, nice walk to Popponesset Marketplace and close to some easy walking trails. It was a heat wave during our visit, air in at least the bedroom would make it perfect. All in all we had a great relaxing stay.

Wonderful cottage

We loved the cottage. We enjoyed the beautiful view of ocean from the cottage and spending time on the beach. We walked to marketplace for food or music every evening. We had a great time!

Quaint Maushop Village

Chris was an excellent and very responsive host whose home was very cozy and a quick walk to either the uncrowded beach or through the quaint little village to the marketplace. It had a nicely updated kitchen and bathroom that made our stay that much more comfortable. We had a great time!

Another amazing stay!

This cottage is so perfect! Everything is well thought out, it's small but plenty of room for our family of 3. Top of the line appliances. Just a5 minute (or less) walk to the beach, and 15 minute walk to a cute marketplace. The area was quiet which is how we like it. Truly can't say enough food things about our stay!

Wonderful weekend

This was such a warm and cozy unit. The view was amazing and the place was so inviting. The owner really has the home beautifully decorated. You have everything you need and more. The beach was a short walk. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Hope to stay again in the future.

Cottage By The Sea

Just had three beautiful nights and four days in this precious cottage by the sea. Hoping to go back again next fall. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need with Nantucket sound in your front yard. The beach is just a minutes away down a path bordering the ocean…..it is private and lovely. Can’t wait to go back. ♥️

Great and Beautiful Vacation !

We have really enjoyed our weekly stay at Maushop Village. Our cottage located at 15 Mileastone Way was very cosy with a fabulous ocean view. We were looking for a quiet vacation near the sea and it was just perfect ! A special thanks to Chris, the owner, you were very helpful in providing additional information so we can maximize our vacation week in Cape Cod and fully enjoyed our stay. This home is beautiful! Views from every window! The hone has everything you could want and then some! Chris is a treasure! Send an email and you get a response immediately! Quintessential Cape Cod

Just stayed at Chris’s place for a wedding weekend on cape cod. I was blown away by his home. Not only was it perfectly clean and efficient with anything you might need but it was decorated perfectly. Very classy and quite honestly a magazine picture of a quintessential cape cod beach house. It’s a quick walk to the beach which isn’t crowded and quite beautiful. You have ocean views when you sip your morning coffee and gorgeous hydrangeas everywhere. The neighborhood is very safe and a grocery store is a short drive. I can’t even think of anything to improve here. 5/5 stars. Book it!

Perfect Vacation

We truly cannot thank Chris enough for providing us with the most seamless, beautiful, peaceful, and enjoyable experience on our honeymoon. He anticipated every possible need and then some. Everything was spotless, gorgeously decorated, and comfortable as can be. I couldn’t imagine a more picturesque beach cottage than this. We are definitely hoping to stay here again. We were sad to leave this morning after such a perfect week, but found comfort in the thought of coming back next year! Thank you so much for an unforgettable Cape Cod experience!

Truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Peacefully located by the bluff with ocean views and an easy walk down the bluff to the beach. Mashpee is very close by and Falmouth is an easy drive for a larger town with more options for shopping and dining out. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. It was spotlessly clean and has high end appliances which we really appreciated. If you like to cook, you’re in for a treat because the cooker/stove/oven is top end and delight to cook with. The kitchen is superbly kitted out and we had everything to cook with for 4 nights without any issue. There are also high end washer and tumble dryer, both easy to use and very efficient.The bed was extremely comfortable and the village area is so quiet, there were no disturbances at all.We had the most romantic and splendid time here on our honeymoon and we would recommend this place without hesitation for couples wanting a romantic ocean view getaway. We hope to return perhaps on our anniversary!

This cottage could not have been more wonderful! Everything we needed in a home away from home was there for us in this beautiful and immaculate cottage. We appreciated the extras Chris provided like a cooler and ice packs. We had beautiful views of the ocean and a short walk to a tranquil beach. Maushop Village is a quiet neighborhood with charming gardens. When we could drag ourselves away, we were just an easy drive to Falmouth to ride the Shining Sea Bikeway, Woods Hole, kayaking on Poponesett Bay and whale watching from Hyannis. We are already talking about our next trip to the Cape. Thanks, Chris!

Special Place

We had the good fortune to discover Maushop Village for an impromptu vacation and had a wonderful time. This cottage is just perfect. At every turn, Chris has thoughtful amenities. The kitchen is well equipped and a pleasure to use. The bedroom has ample storage with a closet and spacious drawers. The ocean views are spectacular and the beach is just a couple minutes to walk. The community is friendly and so peaceful. We enjoyed long walks through Popponesset and along the beach. There are beautiful homes and landscape everywhere. Thanks, Chris, for alerting us to the full moon. It was incredible. Looking forward to returning next summer.

Thanks so much for your rental and the review! The full moons are amazing to watch that ball of fire rise out of the ocean! I make a point to alert guests to view them. The daily morning sunrise is just as spectacular and you can see that every day. A week after you checked out you rented two more weeks for next season so thanks so much for that too.
