We love Mexico! We travelled so many times to various tourist locations that we wanted to finally purchase our slice of heaven. Nuevo Vallarta was perfect. Small and quaint but close to all the amenities and the best beaches.
We live just outside of Vancouver, BC in a small city called White Rock, sitting right on the American border into Washington.
Carlos has been a Chiropractor for over 30 years and I have had been an entrepreneur for many years, running my own business of Legal Services. We both have been part of our home community with volunteering on boards for Chamber of Commerce and Business Improvement Association.

When we saw the El Tigre gated community, we thought this was perfect! the best of both worlds. A private home, where we can be a part of a community but with more amenities at our finger tips than we could imagine. We feel safe, we get to create a lifestyle as we age, and we have all the thrills of beach fun with happy hours that we want as well.
Now we can share with our friends, family and anyone else who loves to travel and wants a bit more than straight up beach life.
one more thing that we love about Nuevo Vallarta is the Private Pay medical opportunities. I have been to a dentist in Bucerias, and friends have utilized other services for a fraction of the Cdn pricing. Our health care system has its struggles in Canada now and this can be an alternative to being on top of the latest trends and taking care of our health as we need to, not as the system dictates at home.
Now we can share with our friends, family and anyone else who loves to travel and wants a bit more than straight up beach life.
