Magnifique condo récemment rénové à la tour 2 étage 7 avec vue magnifique sur les couchers de soleil sur l'océan. Le condo a 2 BR et 2 BA condo entiÚrement équipés pour profiter et se détendre. Vous apprécierez la belle plage à quelques pas de votre hall. Condo a cuisine complÚte, lave-vaisselle, buanderie et sécheuse. Courte distance de marche des restaurants, épicerie, église, marina, magasins et casino. Vous adorerez vous promener à la plage. Court à Vallarta Adventures pour louer ou louer toutes sortes de circuits (natation au dauphin, observation des baleines, écotourisme, etc.)

Location Location Location

Playa Royale is a splendid property located in the best section of Nuevo Vallarta. Gardens, swimming pools, palapas, everything is kept in excellent order. Service at the beach or swimming pool is first class. Rosy’s condo is perfectly located on the 7th floor of building 2 with a splendid view on the gardens and the ocean and with a nice balcony in the shade. The condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed very much our 4 week stay at Rosy’s place. Communication with Rosy or Pablo, her local representative, has been very easy and efficient. We look forward to come back! Muchas gracias Rosy. Jacques

Great stay

The property and grounds are beautiful. Exactly as described. Rosy was wonderful and followed up to see if we needed anything. The condo and kitchen had anything that you would need or want. A few restaurants and the sunset market were in walking range.

GREAT VIEW

Have been going to Playa Royale for over 25 years. It is a fantastic property. The condo was exactly as shown. The view was wonderful and hearing the waves nightly was a huge plus.

Amazing Property!

I highly recommend this property. Super clean and beautifully decorated, very comfortable. It is furnished with everything you could ever want. The kitchen has great appliances, cooking supplies, dishware, etc. There are board games for indoor fun, yoga mats, boogie boards, and so much more! The patio is huge with outdoor dining and a great lounger for relaxing. The owner Rosy was very responsive and contacted me to make sure everything was OK. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Great location and immaculate grounds

I went in April and it wasn’t crowded at all which was awesome. The beach club was phenomenal (required to be there at least two weeks for a temporary membership). Ocean was lovely (no sharks in the area so felt a lot safer swimming than on the east coast!) . Pool was gorgeous and super clean. The view from the balcony was unbelievable for watching sunsets. The grounds were immaculate. Rosa was very helpful as was Pablo her property manager. He was there to meet me and show me the condo. I was having a procedure done at the hospital across the street and it was a 4 min walk. I walked daily to Starbucks and as a woman traveling alone I felt incredibly safe. Now I see why Puerto Vallarta is rated every year as the friendliest city! Will be back!! PS only issue was very loud AC unit in second bedroom. I’d make sure that’s fixed before I return. My friend stayed with me a few nights and couldn’t sleep without ear plugs.

Beautiful Spot!

We loved staying here! It is exactly as advertised, well stocked, comfortable and beautiful. Rosy was an amazing host with excellent communication. She followed up twice to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The location and view can't be beat! We hope to return again!

Playa Royale a beautiful complex, well looked after. Our condo comfortable, spacious, lots of dishes, pots and pans for cooking, bed very comfortable and a large patio to enjoy the ocean view. Grounds, pool area clean and the pool is warm, owners and guests very friendly and always happy to share information about areas to see or their favourite dining spots. We will hopefully book in next year.

Great resort

The process to rent the property was flawless. Only a couple of negative comments but in the whole our stay was fantastic and Rosy was excellent to deal with. First the cleaners need a tune up. My wife ended up wiping down walls and cupboards upon arrival. The Outdoor grill had rotten food left on it for I don’t know how long but it took an hour of scrubbing and I still could not get it clean enough to satisfy my bride to use it. We did mention it early in the stay but other than a sorry for the inconvenience reply nothing was done. Secondly there is a disconnect between Paradise Village shuttles and the resort. We used the shuttles a couple times to get to the golf course and then we’re told we could not use the shuttle as we had not paid a fee. Apparently they recommend to buy a members card that we did not hear about. Thought that was odd as we were paying $200 a round to golf. Again. The resort is beautiful and quiet. The room was well stocked except for cleaning supplies and our overall stay was fantastic. We also really appreciated the resort setting up our covid tests where the Dr. Comes to the room.

Wonderful owner, location and amenities! Very safe!

This was my first trip to Mexico. I was very nervous because I was bringing my two adults daughters with me. The owner and property manager were in contact with me immediately and both spoke good English. It was a short 20 minute taxi ride from the airport to the property. I gave them information about my flight and the Pablo (the property manager) was in the lobby to greet us. This property is part of a large condominium complex and is located right on the beach. It is a gated community and very well controlled. You will receive a wristband with a device that allows you to enter and exit a locked gate to the beach and the building. The beach is very quiet with palapas that can be reserved at no charge. The water is warm and the waves are small. There is a small hut that provides drinks and a service attendant who will bring them to you. Employees are always at hand if you need help and they are frequently cleaning lounge chairs and offering to throw away your trash. The room we stayed in was very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The furniture was comfortable and the beds had plenty of pillows and blankets. The balcony had a view of the beach. A hospital, pharmacy, bank and a small mall are within walking distance. Walmart is a 10 minute taxi ride away. The taxis are all very reasonable and we had no problem finding them. The concierge in the lobby was always very friendly and answered all my questions. This property is in a quieter part of Nuevo Vallarta which suited my needs. You can take a taxi to the flea market, clubs or shopping areas that are a little further south. This property is for those who would like a quiet, relaxing vacation. Vallarta Adventures is around the corner if you decide to book an excursion. However, Pablo set us up with a private boat and gave us a wonderful tour of the entire coast of Puerto Vallarta all the way down to Yelapa. We had a wonderful experience and I'm planning to return.
