Welcome to The Woods V8 Condo at Killington! This fully renovated, 2 BR/2 BA condo features an open layout spread over two floors, where your family or group will find plenty of space to gather after a day on the slopes. Walk in the door and you'll find coat storage and an open kitchen and living room floor plan. You can seat 6 at the dining room table and another 3 at the kitchen counter. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace, sleeper sofa section, over-easy chairs, large TV with streaming services and patio. The primary bedroom off the living room features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Head upstairs to the second bedroom with ensuite bathroom, full and twin bed and you'll also find a catwalk over the living room with futon. The Woods spa is a short walk away and the perfect place to take a dip in the pool or hot tub. workout in the gym or indulge in their spa services. (Massage anyone?) Just minutes to the slopes and all the Killington shops, restaurants and nightlife, this is the perfect place for your holiday!

• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings and holiday periods. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• For your safety & ours, we have a doorbell camera at the entryway to the condo.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The Woods Amenity Center at the condo complex is a short walk away and features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, gym and spa. Hours vary by season.
• Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
