The hot tub is a big hit with the little ones, so it makes us happy to hear your kids had a blast in it. We always aim to keep check-in and check-out as smooth and easy as possible, so it's great to know that part was a breeze. The door is always open whenever you want to come back, and we can't wait to host you and the family again! - Dave and the Simple Vacation Rentals Team

Thanks for the great review, Doreen! Good water pressure and hot water that doesn't run out make a big difference after a full day out, so we're glad that stood out. Thanks so much for staying at the Woods V5, Julie! So glad you found all the little extras handy, from the paper towels and TP to the pool toys for the kids. We like to make sure every stay feels stocked and ready to go. Just a quick note on a couple things you mentioned: the AC on the main floor is actually sized to cool the whole floor, so that first floor bedroom should stay comfortable too, but we will double check everything is running as it should. And the spa pool hours are included in the boarding pass we send before arrival, though we are always looking for ways to make that info even easier to find. Thanks again for the five stars and for sharing such useful feedback. Hope to host you again soon! - Dave and the Simple Vacation Rentals Team
