9th Hole Clubhouse Stroll is an exquisite 2,100 sq. foot, 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could desire, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Each of the four bedrooms features its own en suite bathroom, making this unit an ideal option for golf groups. The single-story floor plan ensures quiet and private bedrooms.

Whether you're seeking relaxation or planning to enjoy the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in the family room.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. The condo is always clean and spacious enough for four of us and we love the location near the 9th green and clubhouse. I appreciate that the staff checks in with us. We had a problem with the garage door not opening due to a power outage and a workman was sent over to help, as well as someone calling us to try to walk through resetting the power. We appreciate the attentiveness of the staff; it’s so important, as we could have missed our tee time. We plan to return in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd year at the 9th Hold Clubhouse Stroll. The unit is perfect for our group, and we all loved it! A couple of minor items were that the dryer was not working properly, it kept shutting off. We didn't have aluminum foil or plastic wrap -- not sure if these are ever included, but think it's a good suggestion. The maintenance guy was out very early one morning blowing off the patios around our villa 7AM. We understand that we were right by the golf course, so expect course maintenance.

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The unit is directly accross the street from the hot tub, pool and pickleball courts. The couples enjoyed the hot tub several times and appreciated having pickleball raquets and ball to use. The location is great. It is a short distance back to town and easy access to Snow Canyon and Tuacahn. We highly recommend the property and look forward to returning.

Customer service was great. The house easily accommodated 4 couples. Beds were comfortable and large, 4.5 bathrooms, kitchen was fully supplied with plenty of appliances and dishes. Washer/dryer. Close walk to restaurant and clubhouse from 9th hole. Ledges Grill had good food. In town Cliffside Restaurant was excellent.I will use The Ledges booking service for all future trips. Extremely satisfied. Can hardly wait for next trip!
