The new & luxurious blackout fabric blinds for bedroom and office will darken the rooms and no light will penetrate the fabric, although in living room the blinds feature a modern fabric that allows you to see the city views. All blinds were installed in October 2022, as per new policy of Health Canada. Blinds can be adjusted manually up or down.

Please be aware that like most apartments in Vancouver:
- I do not have central AC in my unit. Vancouver's summer months are very mild compared to many other destinations, but I provide fan for my guests so that they can stay cool.
- Staying in the heart of a vibrant Vancouver you might experience some city noise when windows are open. This is absolutely normal for the central area where the apartment is situated.
** Hydro cap at $50. You control thermostat. Please be diligent by turning off lights while not at home.
*** Parking can be rented upon request for $175/month underground building.
***Please note that I do not add a cleaning fee as my expectation is that guests will keep my place tidy and clean. I expect to find the apartment in the same condition as it was provided (deep clean). Cleaning products will be available in the apartment. However, at the end of your stay, cleaning the towels and bed sheets is not required.
**My accommodation requires minimum 90 days stay as per BC legislation. Upon arrival, I will provide Form K to be signed and submitted to Concierge.
